Manager Maria did exceptional at de-escalating a situation that had to do with someone clicking in my face when I called due to getting 3 hot and ready when I order 3 custom pizzas! She listened to my complaint and helped to solve my problem especially with it being on New Year’s Eve! If it wasn’t for Maria’s quick thinking and being properly trained this would have been. Worse little Caesar. 2nd time I come and they never have pizzas ready. I stopped by to get a good deal that T-MOBILE had for only the T-Mobile Tuesday app installed on their phone. Now I used the code after I put in a Large pepperoni pizza plus any 2 liter Pepsi bottle. Then on the page for payment options there was spot asking would you like pay by credit or pay cash to the employee..
