On our last morning in Bend before hitting the road, my husband and I walked over to Thump Coffee from our hotel.

I was surprised to see a line out the door so early on a Sunday morning, but apparently everyone had the same idea as we did. Luckily, the line moved quickly, and the staff were extremely kind and friendly.

I decided to try their Madagascar vanilla mocha with oat milk, iced. My husband just ordered a classic Americano. I have never tried a vanilla mocha before which was made with white chocolate, but it was absolutely delicious.

I recently moved here from Colorado and went to Thump the other day for some local beans and a lavender oatmilk latte. The line was pretty long when I walked in, but it moved quickly and the service was absolutely fantastic. I left feeling all the joy in my heart and happily sipped my latte. I tried the Colombian roast the next morning and it was absolutely delicious, along with that lavender latte.
