Sept. 9, around 5pm..This message is for the management/owner of Bonta`..We had two wonderful dishes of gelato. But, we also ordered the tallest cup of coffee. Here is where the service want south. As she was pouring the coffee I noticed that there was not enough to make the cup, so she got some water and poured it into the machine over the OLD grounds. I asked if the coffee had been sitting for a while. Another older woman assured me that it wasn't more than an hour old. Our server finished filling the cup with the "newly" brewed portion (note, it was not a full pot and it was made with old grounds). We paid for our products. Alas, the coffee tasted burnt! All out flavors are smooth and light texture. I can tell you that using quality of ingredients. All service ladies are quick and patient. Thank...

As we waited our turn to order I became more and more anxious over the food/texture sensory issues my son has and the long line behind us. When our turn came, we were greeted by the friendliest gal who encouraged my son to try not one, not two, but three different kinds before he settled on a flavor he could handle. She was patient and smiling the entire time. The long line behind us did not matter, but assisting my son in finding something he could tolerate was her focus. I was so grateful my son and I had this experience and look forward to going back...
