Wren and Wild Clean Beauty — Local services in Bend

Bumping up their star rating because they contacted me and apologized for the issue and the optics of how this all came off. I’m someone who wants to support small businesses whenever possible and the staff when I went into the shop were very sweet and kind. Now that they have made up for this I’m more than happy to give them 5 stars because I do think everyone should go check this place out! ❤️

I want to say I really loved this shop when I went in store while visiting Bend. But when I went to purchase from their online shop I got treated with much worse service. I ordered a product that I originally got there (YTTP Air Whip Moisturizer) that I fell in love with. I tried to purchase this product elsewhere but everywhere else had the new formula that doesn’t work with my skin. I looked on Wren & Wild and was so happy to see that they had listed the old formula (confirmed by the ingredients posted to their website) so I purchased. I just received my order today and it’s the new formula, not what they listed on their website. I reached out with a nice email explaining this situation in hopes they would be as kind as they were in store. They weren’t, they ghosted me never responded. But then when I went to go take a screenshot of the ingredients it was clear they were editing it to reflect the new formulas ingredients. I’m disappointed and upset because I thought they were a more honest kind...

Several years ago, my daughter and I hit the road from San Francisco, California to Bend, Oregon... and there was one stop in our walking around town that was the greatest, mind-changing surprise ever: Wren & Wild.

Walking into the shop was just a wonderful experience, but the woman who was working (I wish I remembered her name) welcomed me as if I had just walked into her living room to share a cup of tea. We chatted, she listened to my needs and wants, and made recommendations.

That night and the next morning I tried several of the products and completely fell in love. The cleanser, the creams, the make-up the next day - I felt like I was on the road to feeling as naturally beautiful as I possibly could... and that's all I've ever wanted for myself (says the woman who only started really wearing make-up in probably her 30s!).

While we were meant to get back on the road early the next morning, I actually waited until Wren & Wild opened so I could buy a few more things I had regretted not buying the day before. Since then, this amazing shop has been my "go-to" for anything to do with my face and body. I trust them and their...

1,000% recommend Wren and Wild to any and everyone! Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and approachable from the moment you enter the store, which has made all my skin-related goals achievable and simple. Their knowledge and passion for clean beauty has resulted in not only an enthusiasm for my skincare routine, but I now feel more confident with myself than ever before.

I used to spend so much money on products that would just wind up in a bag hidden away in the back of my cupboard (or even the trash) almost immediately after their purchase. But, at Wren & Wild, everyone has answered my questions and considered my thoughts/opinions when helping me create my routine. Now, I have less products in my bathroom and each product is specifically chosen to work for me and my skin. I feel beautiful without feeling weighed down by synthetic product and I no longer feel influenced by all the overwhelming skincare “hacks” online.
