The highlight here is the main bathroom’s sleek ceramic tile walk-in shower, complemented by an adjacent large-capacity LG washer and dryer—both modern and quiet, designed for seamless living during your stay. The second bathroom is designed with efficiency in mind, featuring a high-quality exhaust fan that ensures the space remains fresh and ventilated.

The upstairs loft, with its additional sleeping space, has an inviting charm of its own. It’s an ideal spot for families or small groups, creating a multifunctional area that feels both intimate and practical. The loft is equipped with a foldout bed disguised as a very large couch laydown area, suspended lighting, multispeed overhead fan, window fan, flat screen television, video games, and a comfy chair.

At the heart of the cabin is its well-appointed kitchen, a true nod to both functionality and style. Complete with three coffee makers—because who wouldn’t want options for their morning brew? The kitchen is fully equipped to handle anything from quick snacks to full meals, making it easy to enjoy slow mornings or evenings spent cooking at home. The design seamlessly blends practicality with comfort, offering everything needed for modern living. Adjacent to the living room is a dining room table that seats eight people, and is surrounded by sliding glass windows to let in fresh air and to view the backyard.

My review is as an owner of a rental cabin in Big Bear Lake. For years, we had been with one of the large property management companies on the mountain with very lackluster results. Not much rental activity except in the winter, damage to the property that went unreported by housekeeping, and just the general vibe that our small cabin was a very low priority for them.

Finally, we made the decision to change management this summer after we completed a remodel. I found Leanne in a Big Bear FB group online along with several other PMs who responded to a post I made about looking for new management. Leanne was the only one who provided helpful, tangible information when she reached out to me. We spoke and then I decided she and SkyHigh cabins would be our new managers.

The onboarding process was smooth and detailed. They are extremely professional and walked me through the different stages of getting ready to "go live" on the various platforms they use. It took about 6 weeks to get everything completely switched over. But when we did go live in mid-October 2025, all I can say is WOW!! We've had 12 reservations made in just over a week's time! We didn't have 12 reservations in the last year total with the old company, so this has been very, very exciting for us.

Aside from all of that, Leanne, Jennifer and their team are very communicative and helpful. If you are looking for new management, I cannot recommend them enough. Just do what they tell you to do, use their vendors, and follow their lead. They have figured out the algorithms and rental platforms to such a degree that your property will actually start to pay for itself. We were on the verge of selling our cabin, but now, we will be able to hold on to it. Call...

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming cabin, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a warm and cozy atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. The interior was beautifully decorated with rustic touches, creating an inviting and comfortable space to unwind.

The cabin featured a lovely fireplace that added to the ambiance, perfect for curling up with a good book or enjoying a cup of hot cocoa. The bedrooms were spacious and well-appointed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We particularly loved the large windows that offered stunning views of the surrounding nature, allowing us to fully immerse myself in the tranquility of the outdoors.

The location was ideal, providing easy access to hiking trails and scenic spots, yet still feeling secluded enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The host were incredibly welcoming and provided thoughtful touches, like a welcome basket filled with local treats.
