Tyra Summit B3A by Pinnacle Lodging — Hotel in Breckenridge

This condo is quite outdated, more than the picture represents. It has poor lighting, poor water heater, broken drawers in bedrooms that fall out when open, and missing fridge door shelves. On a positive note, it does have a big roomy living room, big mud rooms with lots of hooks, and great view of 4 o' clcock run. Overall a cozy place to stay. My complaint is more of the Management Company, Summit Mountain Rental. We have a party of 5 so purposely rented a 2 bathrooms. On first night in, ran out of hot water after 1 person shower per bath. I immediately called that night. Although they sent someone out the next day to "fix" or actually increase the temperature of the water heater, the dealing I had with the General Manager is one of the worst customer service I ever had. He was very rude, condescending, and very unprofessional. He questioned why we would shower at 11 pm, why our family would shower back to back, why it takes us 15 minutes to shower, etc..That is our business and if we paid $4,000k to rent a condo, we should shower when we want to! Even the technician they sent out was very rude and unprofessional as well. This is our vacation- shouldn't have to have such upsetting experiences. Save yourself the headache- I would not advise to rent from Summit...

The condo is the perfect location. Few hundred feet from snowflake lift / bus station. Easy shuttle to town. Atmosphere is relaxing. Used the community hot tubs daily. King size master bed mattress is completely worn out and super hard. Could not add enough layers to make it comfortable. Traded beds with the kids and even they could not sleep on it. Ski vacations are a lot of activity and a good nights sleep is important. This king size bed almost ruined our week. Other mattresses in other rooms seemed newer and more comfortable. The master bath is in desperate need of remodeling. Lots of mildew in grout. Shower curtain moldy. Exhaust fan didn’t work. The couch and pull out mattress are also worn out. Dining table is perfect size. With a little more attention to details, this will be a nice...

We arrived early on Friday morning (3/2) and got in around 10:30am with early check in. The condo was clean and well laid out. We had 7 people which fit nicely with the two bunk beds, single queen, and pull out queen. ||||The ski in/ski out is by far the best I've ever experienced. Since we were on the bottom floor, we literally walked outside, put on gear, and skied down to the snowflake lift and we were on the mountain. Coming home at the end of the day was even easier!||||The only complaint I have about this location was the provided bedding/sheets. The pillows were old and discolored so...
