The appartment was very spacious but everything turned for the worst the first night when we were ready to go to bed and I found a little bug running around in the sheets. When I went and uncover the rest of the bed there were bed bugs all over. I contacted the property manager but no luck it only had listed the third party "VaCasa" whom I ended up dealing with. When I talked to them they try and contact the property manager and told me they will call me back. A couple of hrs later almost 10:30 I called back and assured me they will try to make it right and try to relocate me and my family the next morning. The whole family ended up sleeping in a very uncomfortable sofa pull out. Next morning came and I received an e mail from VaCasa and instead of dealing with the issue they just gave me a full refund. Now I have to find a new place to stay. Luckily the place next door had vacancies and we were able to get a small appartment for the rest of our trip. They claimed they use professional cleaning, I don't thinks a professional cleaner would over look the bed bug issue. Or at least mention it to the property manager and put the condo off listing until the issue was resolved. Either way VaCasa will not take care of you as they promise and will just refund you and...

Not a bad little place; pet friendly was big for us (not smelly, so they keep it clean); tried to use hot tub once (2pm, Wed 11 Dec), but it was frigid; minor damage when we arrived (broken hinge on kitchen cabinet); walk to slopes (Snowflake Lift) is uphill most of way (maybe 10 minute walk unless an Olympian); should just catch "Black" bus at Sawmill and Ski Hill (2 min walk), takes you to either Peak 9 or Peak 7 and 8 lifts (ask the driver); bit of a walk to Main St if it's cold, but not bad. Great location! Ski-in, downtown & buses close by. We had the 'discount' condo which was as we expected but maybe frustrating that the blinds only half covered the sliding door - not a hard fix and prob better to try to keep warmth in when it is -8f outside. Previous guests jeans in drawer & chewing gum on wall were random but generally clean otherwise. Kitchen was great (maybe need to kick down for new pan utensils!). Hot tub great and never anyone in it. Ashley at front desk was awesome with directions, tips, help in booking too. Totally recommend the place but might bring cheap curtains/blind...
