We love Canary and always bring guests here when they visit Breckenridge. From the welcome drink you are greeted with before being escorted to the location of the speakeasy (hidden, so not giving that away here), to the drinks we ordered in the bar, every moment is truly an elevated experience. The bartenders are insanely talented, JC has never disappointed us with his creative and delicious cocktails that perfectly meet our tastes -- and each visit gives us a taste of something new and unexpected. The concept of bespoke cocktails based upon a few inputs is truly unique. The vibe is true "speakeasy" and we can't believe more people don't know about this place...but we do love having this secret up our sleeve.
