Riverbend Lodge by Vacasa — Hotel in Breckenridge

Location is great. Ski rental next door. Ski lift right next to that. I was surprised that there was no heat. I may not have read close enough but we had to keep the fire running almost the entire time to keep the unit comfortable so it worked out. There were little things about our unit that made me give it 4 stars but nothing that wouldn't keep us from renting here again. Headboard was dusty, ice maker didn't work but they had ice trays, a few blinds were broken but in closed position, can opener was broken, and water from fridge worked on and off (may have frozen). But the kitchen was stocked with what we needed and it was large enough for our family of 5. Showers were hot with great water pressure. Location was perfect and it was quiet. We never heard neighbors the 6 days...

Absurd. Listed as a four star hotel, yet feels like a 1 star or worse.

TV and cable remote require 6 AAA batteries and completely dead.

79 degrees + inside with no air conditioner.

Roofers working on top of unit and right outside window. Open window to be startled by worker 6 inches from window.

Window falls off track and cannot be closed once open.

Did not receive parking pass as detailed in booking. Took several calls and 24 hours before getting pass (only staying here 40 hours...)

Parking code incorrect. Room code worked for both room and garage.

If all that wasn't enough, there is literally MOLD in the unit. This is negligence...

We rented condo #118 9/21 - 9/23 and loved it! It was a beautiful condo. Clean, nicely furnished/decorated, stocked well, and exceeded our expectations. The in-condo washer/dryer was a great and welcomed bonus as our stay was mid-trip. The enclosed private parking garage was wonderful and a nice security feature. Having the Wyndham shuttle service was an added touch that we never used, but was nice to know was available. We rented between seasons, so the price was unbeatable! I would highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again given the opportunity to visit...
