A week and a half ago I bought two mattresses, the attention was very good, but I am outraged by the bad work and attention after you make the payment. On the day of delivery they gave me one of the broken mattresses. When they called me to confirm, I informed him that a mattress was broken and they told me that they were waiting for me at the store. I took the mattress and when I am there they tell me that they do not receive it, that I have to wait for another day of delivery for them to bring me another one and pick up the damaged one, let me go quietly.. after a week I went back to the store because I had no answer, in the store they tell me that there is no report of a damaged mattress. They have made me lose money, and time because of their bad work. That day they didn't report anything and they made me take the mattress when they knew they weren't going to receive it.. I haven't managed to solve it yet, but I won't keep a damaged product. My advice they revive well when they deliver the order so that they do not have to lose money by quitting work to be able to make arrangements...

We were greeted at the door when we first walked in and was asked how our day was going and what brought us in today. This was our first experience at any mattress store and we just wanted to look around to price out some king size mattresses. We had the pleasure of working with Angel. She asked about our sleeping habits and if we had any back problems or trouble sleeping at night. From there she tried us out on several different beds to our comfort and lead us to buying our new mattress. Mattress Firm does not try the traditional sales techniques like a car dealership.. they simply attend to your needs and assist you in what you are looking for in a mattress to get a better sleep at night. My husband and I were in need of a new mattress. We researched a little on the internet and found the brand we were interested in - iSeries Serta. We wanted to buy it locally, rather than on line, so we could “touch and feel “ it. I googled which local mattress store carried this brand, and Linda answered the phone at Mattress Firm. She was wonderful from the start. We drove right there, tried out the mattress, were introduced to the one that would provide a better rest, and better health in return, with the remote to elevate legs and/or upper body. We purchased some great mattress accessories as well. We are so looking forward to Mattress Firm’s delivery, set-up, taking OLD and heavy away - AND having great nights’ 💤.
