Your Pie — Restaurant in Brunswick

A tale of two pizza establishments: I ordered Your Pie gluten free pizzas today on the Your Pie app—there were a couple of mix ups that delayed our order a great deal and were a little frustrating BUT the owners were so kind and made it right.

The owners didn’t know it, but we were in town on vacation/business conference at Jekyll since the weekend and had tried to get Blaze pizza on Sunday because we don’t have a Blaze near us at home and do like their gluten free crusts. We had to cancel the order for Blaze pizza that day (Sunday) because they didn’t have gluten free crusts in stock. I ended up today (Wednesday) having to press the Blaze pizza manager to call the owner to get my order refunded after the charge went through anyway. So we had very bad luck with pizza this vacation, but the difference this time was that the owner at Your Pie was so kind and made it right. He specifically asked us to give him a second chance, and I appreciate that because the owner of Blaze pizza told the manager that we had ordered on the door dash app and we would have to get a refund from door dash. But we actually had ordered from the Blaze Pizza app. I had told the manager that we could either come by and get that pizza order on the way out of town (since they had gotten gluten free crusts back in stock) or they could refund the order. First time ordering from the new location here in Brunswick Georgia I downloaded the mobile app and placed my order through the app, it said to pick up order at 6:14 PM. I arrived at 6:12 PM stood at the counter for five or so minutes. No one acknowledged me, sat down and waited for a few more minutes still, no one acknowledged me finally I went to the counter. Several employees looked my way, but no one acknowledged me. I Finally got an employee’s attention of one of the young ladies behind the counter, she said that my order was still being prepared, sat back down and waited another 10/15 minutes. still no order.. went back to the counter and spoke to a gentleman who looked to be the manager. He went to look for my order he couldn’t find it got information from some of the employees finally, he found out that my order was still in the oven. I’m pretty sure my order was forgotten however, I was never informed of this. He said order is still being made. Sat back down with another few minutes. Finally, a different young gentleman brought us our food employees definitely need to work on their customer service skills. Food however was really good.

Placed my order at 5:58pm, Arrived at 6:12pm, left at 6:45pm at the time of our arrival the store was not busy only 6 ppl in the store and they already had their food. I will wait a while before going back to let them get in a better routine and hopefully work on their customer...

We were visiting New Brunswick over the weekend, while searching for a Pizza place for lunch we found Your Pie Pizza. We have been to and eaten at Blaze and Mod pizza at home but never heard of Your Pie Pizza and decided to give it a try. Our experience was nothing short of fantastic! We stopped in for lunch and left happy and belly full.

First, the service was exceptional. The team was incredibly friendly, efficient, and genuinely seemed to focus on providing best experience. Heard they opened recently.

Now, the food... wow! We tried the Buffalo Chicken Pizza and it was perfect—great crispy crust, tangy sauce, and delicious chicken. The Lemon Pepper Parmesan Wings were a standout; crispy, flavorful, and some of the best I've had. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, clearly not an afterthought.

We finished with a scoop of a Blue Monster Cookie and a scoop of the Birthday Cake gelato, and both were the perfect sweet ending to an amazing meal. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful.

I can't recommend Your Pie enough. The manager even stopped us while leaving and thanked us for stopping by and giving them a try. It's a must-stop for anyone in the New Brunswick area or passing through to the islands! We'll definitely be back when visiting New Brunswick in the future (and hope they open one in our...
