Then I entered the store to purchase a peach blueberry smoothie. Upon requesting my receipt , since I used a credit card . I also would have loved to have been able to enter the correct receipt number 22 digits long at the bottom of my receipt for a credit on my panera card , as it earns $ money off future purchases. Amongst coupons, free items and at least bare minimum should give you a visit towards your upcoming purchases you intend to have. I asked for a receipt waiting on my beverage in the window designated area. I wasn't able to ask during purchasing my item, because the employee was in a hurry and once my card swiped. He immediately took off back to his drive thru position he had rung me up from my first order. It took over 5 minutes for a drink , while I watched a male in dreads have no gloves on. Mop buckets all in the way of food preparation area? Near drive thru. Irritating employees at the simple request of my receipt. I got a cafe order number 310688 date 3/12/21. 7:54 pm. I highly doubt the male who rang me up was charlotte... He spelled Shelby like Shealby FYI ... I was so frustrated that I knew it would be a nightmare to ask for my DRIVE- THRU. receipt we also didn't get that one either?? We were sent ahead to park for the staff to bring out our food...I honestly don't recall a vehicle behind ours ..Why is the drive thru menu telling paying customers your closed ? I saw the mop Buckets, female changing trash in the lobby. The other young crew members constantly checking cell phone's most likely for the time. The internet/ and Facebook said hours open until 9 pm... I was in drive thru & paid before 8 pm. This location never gets my order correct. I can visit any other panera bread from Atlanta ga, Savannah ga , Daytona beach fl, Jacksonville Florida , Augusta Ga... & you know What??? They all are 100% accurate every visit. Everything is always perfect elsewhere. It amazes me that I have to travel a hour away to get items in stock, friendly employees, correctly bagged to go order's... 👍 you can get the point that it's obviously been a constant disappointment to even attempt to return, because it seems to be getting worse.. Too bad we don't have a location on Saint Simon's Island, because if we did I can bet it would be 100% accurate. The worst panera bread I have ever been to. Upon numerous attempted visits, all I can say is its not up to par not by a long shot. I love panera bread but this particular location isn't at all up to panera bread...
Read moreHonestly... it's as bad as people are saying. Eaten there twice, both times orders have been messed up and the wait is ridiculous. It's supposed to be fast-casual dining, I shouldn't have to wait for 30-45 minutes. My first experience started out great (they were very accommodating to my dietary needs) but as the wait went on, I knew something had to be wrong. My salad came out with chicken on it (I don't eat any animal products) after we had just been told by an employee that they were out of chicken, turkey and ham. It made no sense. Last night definitely takes the cake. We ordered to go and my sandwich was messed up twice, gave me yogurt in my smoothie when I asked for none and gave me a completely different smoothie than what I ordered. They gave us a box of pastries for the inconvenience but no one in the house really eats that stuff so it's kind of a waste. Instead of giving away free pastries every time they mess up, they need to ensure their staff and training is up to par. Portions are ridiculously small and it's expensive. I wanted to love this place, I hope they get it together. Like someone else said... leave it to Brunswick to...
Read moreI placed an order online. It said that my order was confirmed but not ready for pick up. I went to pick up another order elsewhere which took longer than expected, and I realized that it was approaching closing time. I called but was unable to get through to anyone. I called 7 times prior to the store closing but it went straight to an answering service. This is 10 minutes before closing. I rushed over. It is now four minutes past closing and the doors are locked. I ended up pulled around to the window and could see 4 employees in the alley cleaning up. They are closed which I understand, but they didn’t even look at me. The store was not closed when I started calling. It makes absolutely zero sense that any establishment in the food service industry would have a phone number that goes to an automated voicemail or whatever to where you cannot reach a person in that store.
