1st off let me start by saying this place really disappointed me. I ordered a chicken wrap & my chicken was undercooked & cold. When I told the manager she seemed annoyed & said she can make it again but I had already been waiting almost an hr for everything else . I sat down & attempted to eat the other half of my wrap but that chicken was also raw & was even missing a topping I asked for. At this point I asked for another 1. I sat back down with my family & waited some more. I waited so long I got up to ask the manager how much longer & she became very rude & started raising her voice at me to the point where 2 employees were holding her back. I hope this store has cameras & can see her behavior because she clearly needs to learn proper customer service skills. She says she felt I was rude & I never once cursed or raised my voice at her. I was very calm but a bit upset. I never write reviews but, felt I was treated very poorly tonight & would like to warn other about this place . On top of this she claims she didn't know she charged me a tip I never agreed to which she then offered me a shake instead of refunding me the $. I would've tipped even more if the service provided was appropriate but , I will never come here again . I didn't ask for a full refund because apparently that's not an option at this place . Read moreWorst service ever. I sat in to order for 20 minutes. Not only were they completely dead, but the staff looked at me like I was stupid for even coming in. I left when another customer walked in and ordered food while I was sitting down waiting for someone to even acknowledge i was in the building and then when the customer ordered, the employee taking the order looks at me and rolls her eyes. So I say do I have to get up and place an order. She looks at me and shakes her head yes then proceeded with the customer who walked in behind me. Very unprofessional very rude. If you guys don't wanna do your job, please take it out on your managers instead of the customers. That was the first time I ever wanted to try this restaurant but if the company is hiring people like this to work for them, then I don't want any parts to do with the company and I will not be spending a dime there. Read moreI stopped in on my way to work this morning to grab a smoothie for breakfast. I ordered with no issues, but when I got up to the window with my card ready, I wasn't even greeted. I sat for 10 minutes while I watched the employee come up to the computer by the window, input the orders of the two customers who pulled up behind me, and go back to doing whatever she was doing. There was at least one other employee that I could see. The parking lot was almost empty, and there were very few cars there. I just don't understand what was taking so long, and why I wasn't even given a "Sorry, we'll be right with you." This is terrible service, and it's not even the first time it's happened to me there. I've been coming here for years but today was the last time I'll try it. After waiting those ten minutes, I had to leave without my smoothie, otherwise I would have been late for work.
