Please don’t read this review as a disgruntled patron. I don’t often write reviews this poor, but I felt it was only fair to give you warning. The carpet was so filthy, and I mean filthy, that if you walked across it once with bare feet he would not want to get into bed, because it would soil the sheets.. I mentioned the problem to reception at the end of my stay, which was sadly booked for four nights, and they said they had just cleaned it. If that’s true they hadn’t cleaned it in 20 years.
The bed had a huge sway in it, so much so that I stayed on the trundle bed for two nights, just to give my back and hips a break.
To be fair, the staff was fantastic and they delivered our breakfast on time every morning., But that said, I’ve never stayed in a hotel I’ve been so deeply disappointed in. We didn’t even want to go back to our room it was so dirty.
The parking is extremely challenging, and it is difficult to get out of your car
I would’ve given it a one, but the staff was excellent and the location was fantastic. if they ever decide to clean the space and replace the bed, you actually might consider it, but I strongly recommend you don’t right now.
Update to my previous post: October 2021 Four sisters did send me a generous partial refund for my stay, so I believe they are trying to rectify any customer dissatisfaction. Thanks...
Read moreI paid over $300 for one night which is a lot. Suggest using Hotel Tonight app. I called front desk at 7:00 PM and told them my toilet handle did not work at all. 8:00 PM still waiting for maintenance that they promised. Called at 9:00 PM. Oops sorry maintenance just left! From 5:00PM to next morning I had to remove and put my hand inside the toilet top each time I had to flush it which is extremely unsanitary these days. The next morning I found out I have a bacterial nail cuticle infection on two fingers I used to try to get the toilet to work. Ugh. I read the proper response below. Not an honest one. I was hoping they would give me a refund of some sort? (Looks like no refund) The real story is they told me they couldn't guarantee that a new room would be better (less nasty as mine shown in the photos) and I was exhausted and had already laid out my things in the first room. (Mold doesn't happen in one room it is a hotel-wide sign of neglect.) No maintenance came either the next morning. They need to get off their butts and at least come to the customer's room to help the situation. Make some modicum of effort. Stay clear...
Read moreMy husband and I just spent 2 nights at Coachman Inn, and we loved everything the inn has to offer: on-site parking, cozy guest room with fireplace, a comfortable, cushioned bench on the balcony by our front door. We enjoyed their scrumptious and healthy breakfast: hot oatmeal, granolas, choice of juices, variety of bread, bagels, croissants, and a daily hot dish. In the afternoon, there is happy hour, with veggie/ hummus, cheese plates, and desserts( chocolate cake on day 1, and a delicious sweet potato flan on the second day) There is also a cookie jar filled with freshly baked cookies everyday after 4 pm!!|The front desk is staffed with friendly and professional people. Lisa was exceptional. She remembered us from our previous visits, and welcomed us back warmly. |Best of all, the location of the inn is convenient and centrally located to all the restaurants and shops. A grocery store is just around the corner. You can walk everywhere without having to drive again once you check in. |Although the room rate has gone up to around $300 per night. It is still the best deal in town!! I highly recommend...
