MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Chadds Ford Township

Very bad customer service. I decided to go out with my girlfriends for dinner and suggested this place. It just so happened to be my birthday too. Food was good and atmosphere was okay. But clean up crew or person made it quite uncomfortable. As we are still enjoying our dinner more than hour from close time, he attempts to start mopping and cleaning around three full tables. Liability, Hello?! Are you trying to make someone slip and fall?! I have pictures as proof of a mop bucket just sitting in the open near one of my friends pizza. How disgusting and rude? The smell was stinky and icky. How you would you like the smell of trash near your cheese pizza?! This guy was basically kicking us out despite sorry uh closing time isn't for another hour+. I worked in the hospitality industry and despite his efforts in probably wanting to go home early, this was classless and tasteless and I will definitely be sharing this experience with others and definitely not going to this location again for sure or others if this is how paying customers are treated 30 minutes or so...

My family and I have had pizzas here from the Glen Mills, PA location now on several different visits. Each time the pizzas are hot, flavorful, and freshly made and based on the size and thinner crust- have just enough toppings. On one visit the pizza dough was slightly under cooked however, human error happens. Each time since then the pizza has been cooked to perfection and there have been no problems. (Enzo's pizza has had the same problem and with the size of their pizza and the weight of the toppings, you almost have to eat it with a fork) The length of time it takes to cook the pizza in a wood-fired oven at MOD seems reasonable enough as we have never had to wait for any excessive amount of time. If you want instant pizza, then go to Little Ceasers. If you want pizza freshly made after you order it- then stop by MOD Pizza in Glen Mills, PA. Wow, I mean just wow, this was truly the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant in my entire life. And to think just a year or two ago this was a great spot. I’ve seen a gradual decline ever since the start of this year, and this past month it’s just hit it’s lowest point ever. I cannot stress enough how little I would recommend this place. For one, the employees were rude, and oh wow, the manager the worst of all of them. Employees constantly on phones, and they’re terrible at making pizzas, and even worse at keeping the place clean. Last time I was there, I waited an absurd amount of time for my pizza, then just for me to find that it was not cut correctly and guess what, there was a fly in the sauce. I immediately threw the pizza out. Lucky for them I wasn’t still in the restaurant to return the pizza and give them a talking to. Unbelievably...
