Parker Manor Resort — Hotel in Clearwater

Anna and Lea are kind and respectful hosts who respond in a timely manner! I have to say this is the place to be on the 4th of July for watching fireworks. We had a front row seat from the 2nd and 3rd floors, and also the docks. What a fantastic experience. My big mistake was not asking in advance what floor our room was on. Third floor with no elevator so always ask if you are handicapped like myself. Despite the stairs we had the best time!! The beach is minutes away as every other review states. The pool is lovely. The large hot tub is a total delight, but what my daughter and I enjoyed the most was sitting on the dock at night chatting quietly in the night breeze. It was very relaxing after a day at the beach. This was a great find. We will sure try to make it back. This was our first Airbnb and it did not disappoint. Was fully loaded for all our needs; very clean, comfortable bed. A bonus for me I like to sleep under a ceiling fan I was so thankful for that. My husband especially like that their was a nice recliner in living room like the ones we have at home. They had everything the nicer Hotels have and more. More like being at home. Better than any Hotel or Motel. We had a 5 day stay beautiful water location. Quiet and so peaceful. 10/10. Probably the best bang for your buck place you can stay in. Me and my partner stayed for 3 nights and were even more pleasantly surprised. The pool area and outside deck area is even better in person and so romantic to have an outside dinner.

The rooms were so large and spacious and clean with ample living room and kitchen spaces. The best part was so how close the beach was the beach. The beach, restaurants, and groceries stores were all within a 3-10 minute walk. Private entrances to each room. I write maybe one Google review every six months, and this one definitely was worth my time to open my Google maps and write a review. I would recommend this place to anyone asking for a relaxing Tampa-bay...
