Such a great experience, and worth every penny! For starters, I love the communication that this company has. They text you and email a couple of reminders days before, as well as parking instructions on the day of. Well, we missed our departure time due to heavy Florida traffic and lack of available parking (even after leaving 1.5 hrs in advance!!). I was hesitant to even say anything to the establishment since it was our fault, but being that we paid for 6 people and were out of $100+ I decided it was worth the try. My mom spoke with someone at the counter who mentioned that he noticed we weren't in attendance and "was just about to call" us. Call me sappy, but good customer service and care can be hard to come by, and the fact that out of all the people there, they noticed my party was missing and was willing to reach out, and not just take the money and run, says A LOT. So our original departure time was 12pm, but the gentleman offered us a 2pm departure (1:45p). So basically, the next ride! That was so quick and convenient, especially since we had little ones as well. Again, I wasn't even expecting any sort of compensation and figured we just paid for nothing and missed such an opportunity. Once on board, captain Mike and his co-captain Jeremy, we're so relatable, kind, and quite funny. The ride was full of fun facts and laughs had by all. My mom and siblings were visiting from NY and she absolutely had a blast.I'm glad I live in Florida, because I'm definitely booking a second ride. I can't stress enough how kind, accommodating, and enjoyable this company, staff and experience was. Give these people your money, get out on the water, and sign up for an hour of fun!! We recently booked a trip with Sea Screamers of Clearwater, and although we didn’t see as many dolphins as we had hoped, we still had an incredible time out on the water. From the moment we checked in, the crew was welcoming, enthusiastic, and professional. They kept the mood light and fun, interacting with guests, sharing interesting local facts, and doing their best to spot any marine life along the way.

While the dolphin sightings were limited on our trip — which of course can happen with any wild animals — the ride itself more than made up for it. Once we got out into the open Gulf, the captain really opened up the throttle and took us through some impressive waves. It felt more like a thrill ride at times — in the best possible way! The kids on board were laughing and screaming with excitement, and even the adults were grinning ear to ear. It was honestly so much fun to feel the boat crash through the surf and catch a little spray.

The boat was clean and comfortable, and safety was clearly a priority for the crew. They gave a thorough briefing, made sure everyone was good to go, and checked in throughout the trip. The crew’s energy and great attitude really stood out — they turned what could have been a disappointment (not many dolphins) into a highlight of our vacation.

If you’re looking for a fun, fast-paced boat tour with great people at the helm, I definitely recommend giving Sea Screamers a shot. Even if the dolphins don’t fully cooperate, you’ll still walk away with big smiles and...

WOW!! Just WOW!! Our first time on the Sea Screamer and what an amazing boat trip we had on the last day of our holiday.

Originally we booked to do this tour on the first morning of our holiday, but the crew had to reschedule due to a big electrical coming right on the time we was planned to leave, but absolutely nothing the crew could do about that and safety comes first after they can't control the weather or if you'll see dolphins.

However, on our return we was warmly welcomed by the team and boarded the boat for our trip and it was amazing. The crew we're so friendly, funny and informative on the surrounding areas of the bay plus they don't rip you off for soft drinks and beer etc.. exceptional pricing!!

Our tour was brilliant, first dolphin sighting was a mum and her baby and they did a few jumps before going off. We headed out along the coast further at high speed and saw no more dolphins and thought that was it, but we still had a lovely trip. Then out of nowhere the captain spotted some and turned on the wave machine and OMG!! a pod of 12 dolphins came to play, it was magical and finished our holiday beautifully before heading to Tampa airport an hour later.

We spoke to the crew after everyone had left and thank them for a great trip, and they gave my 8yr daughter a T-shirt and she was absolutely made up.

Thank you so much Sea Screamer for making our last day so magical and ended the most perfect 3 weeks in Florida. We will be back and we'll definitely see you guys...
