I gave a 1 star because I got my order on July 8th and when I opened the lid I noticed they had given me the wrong bowl. It was missing some ingredients and in addition there were blueberries which should not have been. I called right back and told the girl who answered the problem and told her I didn’t have time to come back but could I get it replaced next time because I couldn’t eat it since I’m allergic to blueberries. She said yes she would tell her manager and get it handled. I went into the store a few days later explained the situation and the girl was like well I can’t help you the manager isn’t here. Ok that’s fine I’ll pay the $15 and next time I’ll mention it when I come back. Today I went back and told the girl my name should be written down she looked through a couple papers on the counter and said idk but it’s $15. I said can you ask the manager, she said yeah I’ll text her. Proceeded to make my bowl and then gave it to me and said ok $15 I said did you text manager (knowing she didn’t because I could see her) she said I’m just gonna write your info down for the manager. She literally wrote down my name half way and pushed the paper to the side, clearly she didn’t care to help me whatsoever. I get it these are kids working but they need some training...

I came in there like a week ago to get me and my boyfriend a smoothie and they messed up his smoothie I asked "I would like a Mr mongo no strawberry's and extra banana and when the lady (who I found out to be the manager later on) made my smoothie made it wrong. I was already at my house when my boyfriend told me it was wrong and so I called and the little miss manger who gave me attitude from the start and told me that I can ether bring it in or not and she cant help me out" and I told her I'm not gonna be driving all the way out there for a smoothie when you she messed it up. So yesterday I went back in to ask her if she can get me a refund on that one smoothie and she's like do you have a receipt knowingly she never gave me a receipt 🤦🏻♀️ so I said no I don't . And she's like well you need a receipt to get your money back, she made me another one (which I didn't want that I just wanted my money back). The point of this story is whoever the owner is need to get this "girl manger" a reality check or get her fired cause I Always go to you guys for the best smoothies but now I might just go to tropical smoothie...

I brought my dementia patient mother in for her favorite smoothie, & I forgot my wallet in the car, I ran outside to get it & my mother was gone, frantically I ran everywhere looking for her, I eventually sat down & she came out of the back with Angelina. I asked what happened, and Angelina said there was no problem, I go back in the car with my mother & she started telling me Angelina told her she was her mother & that my mother had given her her credit card thinking that was her mom. I walk into the store, & Angelina is gone! She tricked my dementia mother, she deserves to get fired, she is lucky my mother never carries anything real on her, I hope she enjoys that denied credit card!...
