Worst Theater I have ever been too. And that's saying a lot because I spent more time in theaters than anyone I know. What makes it so bad?

1. Customer Service. The employees generally do not care about your experience. Most of the staff seem inexperienced, lacking training in customer service. THE most inexcusable experience was our last: The young lady working said they don't make pizza, though the menu says they do. When asked, the Manager stated that she probably said that because she didn't feel like making pizza. A district manager visiting went over and talked to the lady. She made pizza. Buy cooking it and then ADDING the pepperoni AFTER. She put them on soooo slowly my husband missed half the movie. The manager gave my husband passes to make up for the insanely bad experience. Well guess what? The passes expired before we made it back. Manager on that day would not over look then expiring by 2 days.
2. Convenience of Service. Their online website does not allow you to get the rewards for your points, forcing you to buy the tickets in person which ruins any convenience of buying online. Also, they wouldn't let me buy tickets directly from the cash register. You can ONLY buy tickets on their kiosks, which often do not work. Also, I have had to buy the food on the kiosk which is not self explanatory as to getting or using rewards nor how to get combos.
3. Cleanliness is bad. Floors, seating, and general cleanliness is not ideal.
4. Safety Concerns. There was an incident of concern with teens trying to fight there. With inexperienced staff, many which look like teens, I would not want to visit during busy times after that situation occurred.

Overall, the lack of motivation to work and clean at this movie theater is enough for me to choose AMC Disney and or Studio Movie Grill. For one, AMC at Disney Springs would be safer due to...

No A.C. while watching the movie, Widows. We complained to the White Mgr and he was dismissive on that Sunday and he did nothing. When the movie finished we asked to speak to the Mgr and a black mgr acted like we had bothered him from stopping him from talking to his friends in the front door. He had glasses and slim. Both Managers had no name tags so I can only describe them and not by their names. Both never apologized and we were treated in the upmost disrespectful and unprofessional manner. I worked as a Manager for Lowes NYC Movie theatre and these two individuals need further training in customer service skills. The white manager was arguing behind the food counter with the cashier in front of us as was demeaning to his staff and the Black manager was lazy and also dismissive and both were rude, hanging out attitudes, bathrooms are disgusting, video games are not working, the pop corn butter station is unsanitary, and the hot dog buns are stale and the hot dog was grey in color. The CEO of this branch should be more involved with this theatre. I rather go to the Universal Studios Movie theatre or the downtown Orlando theatre, or point Orlando Movie theatre than to return to the Clermont disgusting Movie theatre. No matter what they reply afterwards I am right. Look at the mens bathroom before you leave the front doors in the right, that toilet is never working, look at the food station and you will see how unsanitary it is. 2 of the video machines never work. One word to sum up the customer service at this place: RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! We waited in line for 15 minutes to pay for popcorn (which you get in line on the way to the cashier), in a line that wouldn't move at all! We couldn't give up buying it and go to the movie room because we had already touched the popcorn, so we were stuck there.Then an employee showed up and invited us to another cashier supposedly free (we went after him in hopes of being attended faster but became 3rd in line again!!). We then waited there for 15 more minutes!! When I complained I was missing the movie because of their disorganization and that I was leaving the line, and the employee said I had to wait and pay anyway for the popcorn. He did not make the slightest effort to take care of us or apologize for a situation that was totally their fault due to a super slow service! Our kids were waiting for my wife and I for half an hour inside the movie room, and of course we missed the whole first scene and song of the movie. But what shocked me the most was that, after leaving the movie, I asked for the manager and told him the whole story. He listened to me but did not apologize at all, and told me they would take care of us better next time! Well, there won't be a next time at all, and he was warned I was going to leave this bad review here. Don't go there if you want to be respected...
