The management here is rude . She needs more management skills because if she can call the cops on someone and tell the cops that a resident has a gun and they don't have a gun because she wants to get people out of here because they call corporate on them and doesn't make any sense. When you do call the corporate to let them know what's going on. Said they can't do anything about it. They were trying to tell them that somebody spray painted their door. The manager said that they were gang affiliated. What kind of establishment is this place? If you can be that rude to call the cops and tell the cops that one of the residents have a gun and they don't have one. Just because she wanted them out. No matter if they're loud or whatever you know give a warning or whatever but to call the cops and tell them that you have a gun. That's ridiculous. The Manager said they do not have cameras on the third floor to see who spray paint and a person through eggs, at the door. So What kind of motel does not have cameras on the third floor to see what's going on. The Manager Kacy G is not even right. Because when they went to her to talk to her about it. When they call corporate on her. Evidently she didn't like it but that's the reason why she said she put them out is because they called corporate. That is discrimination. The young man has mental health problems . So people misunderstand him because he gets loud but he doesn't mean to get loud. It's just a part of his mental health but to call the cops and tell them that they have a gun and he doesn't. That is bad business. She doesn't need to be a manager if she's going to do that to people. She has no management skills at all. And she's discriminating against mental health people and young couples.

Well...I just checked in earlier today for a indefinite stay with my cat. The location is prime because Easton is across the street & Gahanna is down the street. I wish the room was cleaner. The 2nd shift front desk young lady & a couple male residents helped me unload my car & brought my things to my room. That was pretty awesome! It's my understanding, there's a mix of sorts staying here for various reasons. That's all I know for now. I'd like to add a suggestion of automatic lobby doors as well as handicap accessible button. It was very difficult for me to bring in things when my hands were full, yet there was no way to open lobby doors without using my hands and body to open doors. I have many health issues, including physical that limit my mobility + I was recently involved in a accident where I was drug by a Uber vehicle, so my leg is messed up and in a lot of pain. I was surprised about the lobby door situation. Also I understand you have 2 carts available to assist customers to take their belongings to their room, but customers use them and don't return them right away so another customer can use them. That is the reason I needed help from others to get my things to my room. I also believe the complimentary quick breakfast hours including coffee or tea should be extended till 10 or 11am & include fruit & water even if some items would be for purchase.

I visited a friend who was staying here. I was not greeted upon entering and looked around for the elevator, which had me standing in front of first reception for a minute looking around. I followed the sine-age to my friends room. The place was clean, but the smell was somewhat nauseating. The entire floor smelled like a kitchen in a busy restaurant. Mind you I was visiting at 4is in the afternoon- but WOW the stench made me somewhat I'll at my stomach. My friend had a candle burning inside her room, which helped. This location has a smaller room than some others I have seen. I was suprised actually at how little space the kitchenette actually was. It is costly to stay here and I would not seek it out myself if I were traveling as other chains have cheaper options with larger rooms. This location in particular- because of its proximity to the bus station, I would expect the front desk to greet people. for security purposes.

Sunday and Monday November 19-20, 2017 Ok me and my sisters drove from Atlanta Ga to Columbus Ohio to this hotel. Now when we got there ( which was an eight hour drive there) we expected our room to have two beds because that’s what we payed for. But no it was a one bed room. So we had to pay extra to up grade the room. We did now we get to the room about 1am and everything was fine. Until we we’re woken up by BED BUGS IN THE BED. My sister who is highly elegiac was bite all up on both arms. I was bit once. My sister then goes down stairs and talks to the guy at the front desk, he acts as if he didn’t care or understand the situation and offers her another room. She was like no I want my money back and that she would like to speak to management. He had no reply about management but kept offering another and saying ‘There are no bed bugs in that one” Like it was going to make it better. She then goes to say “ Well how do you know that. Did you go and check the room?” He had no reply. She came and told me what happened so I went and had a talk with him. I ask to speak with the general manager. He then gives me a card with two numbers on it and says for me too call. I was so heated I then rely that he needed to call management and he just told there looking at me. So I took a deep breath and called the number that he gave me and got no response for the number. I go back to the front desk and asked his as calmly as I could or him to call management. He then calls a few times and texted as I was standing there. He then says that he couldn’t reach management. I then ask him well what is your protocol to get this taken cared of because we can’t stay here and we need our money back. He the said that he doesn’t have any money so he couldn’t help me. He then says that I would have to wait to get a refund and to talk to management at 7am. Now mind you at this time it’s 3am. We got here at 8:45 pm got in the beds at 1am when we had to upgrade a room and now we have no place to go because we can’t get our money til 7am. I was piss. I then had to go to google to find corps number and get something done but all they could offer was to send a letter to there corporate office and tell us that we can’t get nothing done til 7am still. So we got all our stuff and put it in the car. Now we’re trying to figure out what our next move is because we’re not from here and where can we go? So thank GOD there was another hotel near by because if not we were going to have to sleep in the car in the cold and we have to get back home and we only had enough money for the trip. So we went to the Hilton spoke with there front desk and with some pray got a room there. GOD was working it out. So my sister went back and got the money refunded but I still had to pay for the other hotel money I didn’t had to spare. Which I feel if I wasn’t put in that situation I wouldn’t have had to. So if I could I would give this disgusting hotel, non-costumer service and not being helpful ZERO STARS. I will never come back and I will let any and...

I stayed at this hotel one year ago and had no issues so I didn't hesitate to book again. Wow! I cannot believe how much it has declined in such a short time. I noticed the hallway needed to be swept on my way in (a lots of crumbs, dirt and a couple of artifical fingernails on the ground) but I didn't think much of it as I was checking in late... entered my room and the floor was even more filthy! Food crumbs in the bathroom and a large spill of something red and sticky looking under the table that was so obvious I was immediately convinced that this room hadn't been cleaned AT ALL. So, I've never done this before... but I immediately left and asked for a different room without inspecting anything else. The second room I was given had cleaner floors but very dusty, a few spill marks on the counter and up the wall that hadn't been wiped and soap residue in the tub. Inside of the cupboards were also very dirty and (inexplicably) there was toilet paper shoved in the peep hole in the door. I wasn't exactly happy but very tired so I decided to settle in anyway. I put down the toilet seat to use the restroom just before bed and realized it was covered in urine! Obviously hadn't been touched! Completely grossed out, I changed out of my pj's and headed to the front desk. I asked for someone to come clean the toilet or at least give me something to wipe it with myself. The lady working was nice but definently not apologetic and complained about having to clean since "they don't help her with the laundry". She also told me she had to use the bathroom before she could come to my room which I thought was a rather odd thing to tell me. She came several minutes later and cleaned the toilet but set the toilet brush down on the floor and didn't take off her rubber gloves before opening the door to leave... honestly I justed wanted to puke by this point and tried not to think about how dirty the room must really be. I think it goes without saying that I will definitely not be staying here again. Pics of the toilet seat and a stained towel...

let me start off by saying it is better than most around for the price! grateful! even though there Is So bedbugs and roaches in the building. i’m here simply to say Stop judging people who live here. everybody doesn’t have a bad rental history! some people simply got struck by the pandemic, in my case i’m here to save my life, running from murder! so stop with the judging. i gave up a job paying more than any worker staying here to be with a man who was considering killing me! and i have no family! as i’ve heard people talk heavy mess like “oh who stays in a hotel with that much stuff.” first of all, my things are protected, i keep nothing out for invaders and pests, secondly i was blesssssed with a room where i can easily protect myself, but how have i been here for months on end and they’ve only come to clean once!? when i showed up mid-cleaning, sis completely stopped, idk the policy on that but that’s dirty i looked forward to the day after an entire month for them to come clean(i don’t have a vacuum) nor would i ever put my bare feet on this filthy carpet but i bet i still have the cleanest room in the building bc i brought my own cleaning supplies and clean daily. this is not a bad review this is a truth to light review. my only question to extended stay is - why don’t y’all change the bed skirts and curtains??? i’m sure there are a million peoples dead skin cells on that, semen and some more.🤮they have no intention on changing between guests and if i’ve been here so long, how long were the people here before me???? people are not as clean as me! and mine is stained and not from me! through this pandemic hotels could do way better.! if any landlord in north east columbus would rent to me under my circumstances- i am a great/ clean tenant, wouldn’t come with pests, promise! just have pretty bad luck right now. but i have a...
