If you’re starving and don’t mind waiting an absurd amount of time to suffice your hunger then this is the place for you! I work in the serving industry and can’t imagine ever giving someone such a horrible cringe worthy experience!!! After waiting15 to 20 minutes to receive water it took an hour and 15 minutes just to still not receive the food that I ordered. The manager was probably one of the worse people I have ever had to deal with in customer service industry as a whole. He tried to explain to me how making a pizza usually takes 30 minutes and the time is double due to Covid. Let’s put this in to perspective! 30 minutes to sprinkle toppings on already prepped dough, 15 minutes at best to cook and I’m being generous, no apology, no true explanation of why one pizza took so long and I still never received my PIZZA!!! Mind blown! I can’t leave out the fact that we were completely patient and understanding but this place was dead! There wasn’t a wait we walked right in and set down. There weren’t people filling up spaces at the bar and every other table, please understand that maybe then this could have been forgivable! Nope just horrible service with horrible management. Shout out to the server though that still received a 70% tip. She came over a couple of times to check in on us and tried to reassure us that our food was on the way. I personally know how bad it sucks as a server to have their finances compromised due to a lack of inability in kitchen staff so no hard feelings. Worse service ever!!!! ITS WRITTEN OFF FOR ME...

Okay so the bartender pulled a knife on me. I had my purse on my lap and he asked why i said id rather have it on my lap to reduce risk of getting it snatched. He says there are police officers and veterans here we can handle it. Yeah but i was to reduce the risk of it happening plus you dont know i could be a veteran or a police officer. I could be a boxer you dont have to be so concerned because i have overies, than he whips out a knife on me and asks if im feeling safe now. Um no?! My boyfriend was shocked, so was i. I didnt storm out because thats rude we already ordered. I still gave the guy a tip because whatever maybe he had a bad day. I emailed the store because even a couple days later i was shaken up. They first said the sexism was an opinion, than said oh it wasnt a switchblade it was a hunters knife, cool its still illegal to just carry those around openly or conceled. They were like okay whatever just throw her a free pizza and appetizer which didnt even cover my cost of that trip, plus what if i had PTSD and one of my triggers was knives than that wouldnt even cover the cost of the meal or therapy. Also i get a "nice" note that says they hope they get to in parentheses "wow" me in the future as well. Nice guys really nice. Not only was this just very disrespectful but im astounded. I've been wanting to come here for quite some time. I am a big pizza fan as I love to make my own all the time. I also liked the fact they carry a great beer menu. The only drawback I had was, and this is my thinking and logic. What goes great with pizza and beer? Watching sports? I'm not a big sports fan, however, I came here with a friend hoping to check out some of the OSU game. Not easily possible, unless you sit near the bar. There are TV's here, but not many, and I don't think they intended it to be that way. The booths are pretty private, they have high backs so your conversations are easy to hear. They have some great pizza selections and apps. We got the flat bread app, which I loved because I really like goat cheese, and they don't hold back on that. If you come with maybe one other person, they do allow you to do a 50/50 pizza.
