This place is an absolute hidden gem. I’ve eaten a lot of sandwiches in my life, but nothing—and I mean nothing—comes close to the Chicharrón Peruano here. Perfectly crispy pork shoulder, a zesty salsa criolla, and that sweet potato mayo? Total flavor bomb. Every bite was balanced, bold, and beautifully layered.

Also tried the Pork & Pork, and let’s just say… pork lovers, this is your temple. The combination of chorizo, pork loin, provolone, and cilantro mayo is rich, satisfying, and straight-up addictive.

I stopped here over the weekend with my two sons. The pork sandwich, the chicharron, was the one we were looking forward to. However, it was unavailable. I noted the smaller size of the sandwiches while waiting in line in ordered three for us to share with one another as well as the side of the pasta salad. The sandwiches were delicious. However, we were disappointed that there was only one side being the pasta salad, even though it was quite tasty. Beyond the fact that the sandwich that we wanted was unavailable and that there is only one side dish, we were disappointed in the quantity of food you get for the price. If I recall correctly sandwiches were 13 to $15 a piece and one sandwich was not enough for a regular adult to eat and be satisfied with. Last night, my wife and I went to Sí Señor to try it for the first time, and what a pleasant surprise we were into. Everything, from the accessibility to the place, the set up, the atmosphere, THE MUSIC 🙌🏼... the service, the prices, and of course, and specifically the food. The tastiness, the freshness of every component from the bread to the sauce, the balanced amount of meat served as well as everything else was awesome.
