Don’t Try The Ramen!!! Ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen on its seasonal menu and had one of my worst Ramen experience ever. To be fair, the restaurant looks nice and is a in a great location of Easton. Just the Ramen itself is so disappointing. The noodle was made already before the ordering, so the staff just add Tonkatsu soup on top of the cold noodle. The soup flavor has nothing to do with Tonkatsu aka pork broth and I can tell the soup is from some powder, not a bone broth. Then the staff seems not trained to make this Ramen as a gentleman has no idea what ingredients should be added to the Ramen. A lady helped him as they have a cheat sheet in front of them. Finally, they assembled the Ramen and just like the picture. It costs $14.5 and taste like a hot and sour soup noodle. To be honest, the Tonkatsu Instant Ramen from Costco (literally next door) tastes better. The pork chashu tastes as hard as rock and has nothing close to tender. The portion of this Ramen is very much like a French fine dining. I won’t call this a Tonkatsu Ramen and they have so much room to improve before they charge that price. Make sure your team is well trained before adding some cool new item to your menu, otherwise you are damaging your...

Just had the worst experience here trying to order takeout. Pickup time was 6:15. I got there about 6:20. The order was not ready yet, and there were numerous other people waiting for there orders as well. Stood there for about 15 minutes and finally asked if my order was ready, and they just said it’s coming. So I kept waiting, while also watching the walk in line quickly moving through people. After another 15 minutes I asked again if my order was ready, and she just said they are behind. I asked if they could pause the line and just make our orders so we could leave, and she said no. At this point it was almost 7, so I finally asked if I could cancel my order and go through the line. So then I stood in line and the line stopped moving as well. All in all I wasted an hour just trying to eat here, and the whole point of placing a pickup order is for it to be ready when you get there. I don’t mind waiting an extra 10 minutes or so, but 45 minutes? Especially when the walk in line is moving just fine. They need to find a way...

UPDATE - I am removing a bunch of "stars" following my on site visit last night. We asked for bowls with chicken. With the supply of chicken nearly gone, the worker put about two tablespoons of chicken in one bowl then retreated to the kitchen for additional chicken for the second bowl. We watched her prepare it. The chicken was in a plastic bag that was removed from boiling water. She then cut the bag and put the chicken in a bowl. She then took a squeeze bottle of some type of sauce and threw it in with the chicken. There was no measuring involved and the chicken was clearly originally frozen and never touched a grill. We walked out at that point telling another worker that the food looked "bad" and that we did not want our order. We won't return or order delivery.

Our first-time order for delivery last night was exceptional. The food was packaged beautifully and presented as if it came from a magazine photo. The sushi was very good! Our delivery driver (Ahmed) was prompt, on time and very, very friendly. We...

If you like sushi, you will love this place! You can pick out everything you want in your roll and they have some cool options you don't normally see in sushi. I wind up with enormous rolls full of almost everything and oh man are they good. It's also AMAZING that they have a vegetarian protein option... So many places offer "vegetarian" meals that just leave out protein all together but charge the same price. If you like sushi and have not been here, definitely check it out! Staff is also super nice and were so patient and nice to me my first visit when I had no idea what I was doing, and I appreciate that level of service so much!

I really liked this place. The people were friendly and my food was really good. It's serves as a 'create your own roll' place. There are the typical rolls that are the norm, or you can choose your ingredients. Also, I was able to split my order and get two types of roll in one. I got a salad also. It seemed pretty fresh but I didn't care for the dressing. There are different types of fountain drinks too. The pricing seemed normal to slightly high, but my roll was a good size. I can usually eat a lot of sushi but I was full after this one, which was nice. I liked this place and I would definitely return.
