Very rude manager (owners brother we found out now we know why he was so rude to us and several other people while we were there ). My family gets up every Saturday morning for swim classes for our 3 yr old. After swim we grab something to eat most of the time it's lunch because I take a little time to do my hair and make up on this day it was raining so I decide to not do my hair so we could make it in time for Breakfast at Chick-fil-A. We arrive about 10:20 and the inside and outside have a line. We go inside because our daughter loves to play on the play ground. We get in line and there is 4 cashiers and the line was still moving slow as we get to the front of the line one of the team managers pulls away one of the cashier to do coffee note there are lots of people not a cashier that can make coffee at that time because they still had a line. We finally get to the cashier and place our order for some yummy chick biscuits and some other thing as we are paying for the food the same team manager that pulled the cashier off the line tells everyone no more breakfast.(our receipt time was 10:32 am) Our cashier looks at the team manager that said no more breakfast and said are they still good and she said just to tell the manger in the back that's making the food to make the order. To us the cashier look nervous/scared to even tell the manager in the back, even trying to tell to team manage you do it. Well obviously we were very happy we made it in time. We go a sit down by the play ground and our daughter goes and plays while we wait on our food then a few minutes later the cashier comes out and says the manager says he will only make half of our food me and our daughter would get our food but what my husband ordered would not be made (he only wanted 2 spicy chick biscuit and a spicy burrito). The cashier I think team manager also was very apologetic and nice even the other gentlemen that came to the table to try to help the cashier said just make the food but she said the manager said NO. So my husband asked to speak to the manage. The manage comes out, white man with glass no name tag and did not introduce himself start walking to our area and says someone wanted to speak to the manger my husband tells him the problem and the manage say 10:30 is 10:30. We stop serving at 10:30 my husband tells him we were in line before 10:30 and we paid before the lady said no more breakfast and he still said sir 10:30 is 10:30 I was getting very upset I tried to show him the receipt but he did not want it I had to stepped away because if I did not a few not nice words were going to come out. He never apologized to me or my husband just stood there with a sh* eating grin on his face like he could give two sh* about what we had to say. I come back to the table after check on our daughter and the family at the table next to us was tell the manager that they were out of town and this was a bad experience for them to. That they have been to many different Chick-fil-A's and every other one went above and beyond with cleanliness, customer service and more but this location did not meet any of those expectation. He told the manager the place was dirty, no timely matter and they way he was treating my family and that he would be joining us on leaving a review. Still sadly no apology just kept his hands crossed and that grin after all that he finally said he was just going to go ahead and making our food. They bring out or food but by this time we are so mad and frustrated we were not hungry so we got a bag and pack up the food. As we were doing this the cashier came up to us and apologized again and handed us and free sandwiches card and apologized for the manage tell us how rude he is to not only the customer but the staff and that they were think about switching locations because he was so bad. We talk to her for a few minutes she apologized several times for every thing and the manager As we were leaving we noticed the lady that order two people before us still did not have her food and was bit** at the same manage...
Read moreMy family and I would visit the Easton and Sawmill locations often for a quick lunch before appointments or other meetings. After this recent experience however we will not be going back and have happily chosen to look elsewhere when we are out and need a quick bite to eat.
Summary: My family and I visited the Easton location on August 25 and did not receive an applesauce we ordered and then got food poisoning.
Full Review: My family and I had been fine up until visiting Chick-fil-A. We ate our breakfast and snacks at home as usual and then had to leave for an appointment. We stopped at Chick Fil A where we ordered a kids meal, additional applesauce, grilled chicken sandwich meal and regular chicken nugget meal.
When we got our food and discovered that the applesauce was missing we knew we would be late sitting in line for another so I just sent a quick message to Chick Fil A cares and we continued on.
I fed my son his meal and then ate mine. I mentioned to my fiance how my son seemed to be turned off from the grilled nuggets that he typically likes and so only ate one. I also noted that the grilled chicken on my sandwich did not taste nor look very good and the produce, especially the tomatoe, looked 'off'. This was not the first time my grilled chicken sandwich from Chick Fil A sandwich looked suspicious though which is why I ate it. I wish I had not.
Within the hour, my son and I fell ill and had to be taken home. I am omitting some graphic details here but honestly it was BAD. Thankfully my son seemed to feel better by the night but it took me much longer.
I sent another message to Chick Fil A cares explaining what happened as I hoped they would investigate so this didn't happen again. Food poisoning is awful and I do not wish it on anyone.
The next business day I was contacted by the manager/owner of the Easton location who seemed to care about my experience and offered a refund. My fiance and I agreed to the refund and after sending her proof of our order and the details she needed we have not heard back.
With so much time having passed I do not expect a response at this point. I run multiple small businesses myself and unfortunately after the three day mark you cannot expect to hear much back as the chaos of life often causes the issue to be forgotten.
I will just choose to eat at places such as Panera and Bibibop...

7/1/25: I’m not sure what happened today with the workers at this location but this was not like Chick Fil A at all…. I waited for a few minutes and no workers had acknowledged me at all. So I start looking in and they’re laughing and turned away from where customers are. My mobile app had not been working so I assumed they would turn around and try to help me but instead they waited. And they were trying so hard not to look in my direction 😂 they just were playing around and not working and speaking Spanish to each other. So after and while of staring at nothing happening at all I said excuse me and told them what happened. Then I had to pull up and all the cars behind me were able to get their food and go. I had already placed my order but since she didn’t want to acknowledge me they wasted more time than needed. This was horrible and u like chick fil a at all. Management and staff should be changed for this time. They also made me late to work and I knew they would take their time making my order after having me pull up. I order from chick fil a about 3 - 5 times a month so this was really sad and upsetting to deal with. My camera was on for my chick fil a app and everything. And my phone camera worked. The app just didn’t work at the time and I pulled up to get help from the person at the window which clearly was a mistake. The team member says: Maryury. Anyway they must be new because I used to work at chick fil a and this is definitely not their look. These girls need to go back to McDonald’s….
