My wife and I did a park/fly at this hotel arriving April 29, 2025. Upon arriving back on May 6, 2025, our front drivers side window was broken into. Upon making contact with guest services and the manager, we were told several vehicles were broken into by young kids. We were told a Police Report was made and given the report information on a Columbus Police provided business card. The card and report # was for April 19, 2025, 10 days before our check in.||We never received any calls when our vehicle was broken into and only found out when arriving back to the hotel to pick it up from our park/fly. We were told the incident took place Saturday, we arrived back on Tuesday, 3 days later. There were no voicemails, nothing from the hotel. Then, we were provided a report number however, it was associated with a prior incident on April 19, 2025, 10 days before our arrival to the hotel. If there are previous vehicle incidents, why are the guests not made aware so, they can make an informed decision to park there or elsewhere? Why were the guest (us) not notified of the incident at the time of the incident? Keep in mind, it had been raining for 4 straight days. The hotel despite having information pertaining to the safety of their guests are NOT informing their guests and continue to offer a service that is unsafe. So, you have the park/fly fare plus $500 (deductible) to repair your window plus interior damage.||||* Update*||I spoke to the Regional Manager this afternoon escalating above the Hotel Manager. He indicated that Tru Hilton Columbus Airport location will not be informing any new guest of the recent and numerous break-ins, that occurred two consecutive weekends. This includes guest that stay and also guest that choose the park/fly. He maintained a nonchalant attitude and offered no resolution and indicated that Tru Hilton Columbus Airport would NOT be mitigating the safety issues involving the vandalism/break-ins. He deflected and shifted blame and displayed no genuine concerns to...

We don't stay that often in hotels, but this was a nice surprise. They have a water station beside the ice machine on floor 1 and there are plastic buckets there to fill with ice on your way to your room. We felt this was very convenient and great for our water bottles. Their breakfast is very good, while not over the top or real large their selections covered the basics and were very good. Cold or hot cereal, toast, bagels, some mixed fruit, lots of add on options for cereals, 2 of the best omelets we've had, turkey sausage/cooked case sausage slices, a pancake maker that does it all as you watch )and they were good), and a heated storage for syrup and icing. The only negatives were the microwave was in a very inconvenient place (and hard to find) and the scrambled eggs were terrible. Staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful.
The room was compact and had many storage options with no extra floor space, however that was not a concern for us. There was a king bed, a laptop desk, two tables, a long sitting bench under the large TV on the wall, and a small flat table that contained the mini fridge. There were hanging pegs on a section on the wall instead of a closet. Bathroom had a nice shower, no tub, and a decent sized sink with open storage under and a nice shelf under the large mirror. Note that none of what was just described was a negative for us. We were visiting the Ohio State Fair for 2 days and picked this location to allow easy and quick travel back and forth. Be warned that this is, of course, near the airport so if air traffic bothers you (we're used to it) then you might reconsider. It has easy access to 670 and the airpoty and minutes away from major highways to go places.
We were very happy with our stay and would...
