Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Columbus

We have been here twice now while staying in a hotel nearby. It's clear that this place is very new, but there are still a ton of kinks to be worked out. While living in Toledo I was a fan of Tim Horton's and visited frequently, but this place is far away from the established service I was used to. We went through the drive through and there were several issues. The speaker is so muffled and low making it hard to hear orders. When we pulled up we paid, then informed our order wasn't available. We chose different things, only to be informed they were out of that as well. Finally my third choice they had in stock, and we were asked to wait longer and pull around the building. When we got our food the bag was covered in grease, the food was cold, and wasn't what I ordered. It was almost as if they had leftovers from this morning and needed to get rid of them. There are plenty of other places within a 10 minute drive. Oh, and the coffee is terrible!! We preferred the free stuff...

Customer service is dead. Respect of a customer does not exist at this location. I work at a hospital with a on site Tim Horton so I am aware of the different types of donuts on the menu. Upon pulling up to the drive thru I started my order and wanted sour cream donuts the person did not responded; maybe asking another worker if they had them. I was then asked again what I wanted, I again said the sour cream donuts. I faintly hear a voice say we don’t have them. I attempted to inquire about this type as I’ve gotten them before at work. Then very so rudely I was told to get out of their drive thru line! So I pulled around to the wind to speak to whomever told me I could not order and to leave. The dirty looking white dude came to the window and told me he was calling the police on me. I asked for the corporate information and he told me, “there ain’t not corporate number!” Then again told...

Worst customer service ever and the worst food I don't understand why they can't give you what to order. My office is 4 blocks away but every time I get to my office it's always something that I didn't order order although it's cold or the food is nasty please if you don't like your job just quit let somebody else do better than you. This is hurting someone's brain and the Staff always have added to it's like they don't want to be there they have no patient what so ever. I have to drive every morning to 3 miles out of my way just to get to different Tim Horton because of their service.
