First off, I have never written a review. My experience alone still has me in shock that this place has not been shut down by the health department yet. I stayed here a year or two ago and it was fine, clean and welcoming. I stayed here again over the weekend and it was a completely different experience. I booked this room specifically for the free breakfast and when I got there - I had to ask about the breakfast and they said “we gave you a discount because there is none” (did not give any discount because I was completely unaware of that). One elevator was broken, the walls and floors had stains and holes in them, the AC was clearly broken however I was given a “code” to adjust the ac in my room but when we go to the room, the lights did not work at all including the panel for the ac unit. We went down and asked the man to fix it and he said “give me 10-15 minutes” - when it got to 1:30am we stopped waiting and just tried to sleep but it was almost hotter in the room than it was outside by the time we woke up in the morning. The room itself was like it had a layer of filth on it - the sheets and mattress itself had blood stains all over it, the ground had clearly not been vacuumed, the fridge had a mysterious liquid, the bathroom had more stains, and the tv had a whole 4 channels, and we are terrified that we now have bed bugs from the reviews we read after we left! I even found a whole that resembles a knife cut on the mattress and it scared me completely. When we went to check out the next day, the old lady was clearly rude working in a dump like this and she didn’t ask us how our stay was, she barely even looked up at me when I spoke to her. All I said was “last night I asked the man to come up and fix the ac because we were sweating all night and he never did” her response was “but you still stayed” - yeah lady because it was 1:30 in the morning where else am I going to go on a Friday night? Are you kidding me? No apology, no “let me have my manager get ahold of you” nothing. I silently walked away and they better be shut down the next time I look for a hotel in the area. Disgusting.

Booked this while driving past. I went with the review average, sadly mistaken. The front desk checked in was alright. While standing there, you can see the baseboard missing from the front window, and the front desk decor was broken, which could be glued and fixed easily. Upon getting one of three rooms, there was urine between the shower and the toilet, which has obviously been there for while. The second room was generally dirty floor, clean bedsheets. Third room had an odor to it. When I went to the front desk to complain, I held my phone out to complain, and the lady didn't look at the picture, but just said she was sorry and will give me another room and she would speak with the house cleaner. When I checked in, I gave the front desk lady the number of people each room would have, and inside each room was only 1 towel. These rooms were double queen, and pull put sofa, doesn't make sense for 1 towel. When I went to the front desk, the blonde short lady was working in the morning, and was hostile towards another person, when I went to get additional towels. She was also hostile towards me when I asked for extra towels. Upon informing her i had three rooms she went and got six towels. Getting back to the pull out couch, there was multiple food wrappers inside the couch, which rendered it disgusting and unusable. On the side of the mini fridge, was a food container lid, and water bottle, which also has obviously been there a while. They had a fan at the end of the hallway, which is understandable for different situations. There is no shampoo or condition er in the showers, which i thought is the industry standard. Upon checking out there was nobody at the desk, a doorbell and a paper saying to call the hotel, Upon using both doorbell and calling, nobody showed up or answered the phone.

Hotel is in a pretty good location for getting to downtown. Unfortunately the staff are non present the building is falling apart and the rooms have roaches. Don't let the cheap price fool you, this place is a mess. Edit:Just want to put out there take any price you see online and put on 75 dollars. They have a 75 dollar deposit they don't disclose on any of the travel sites. And when you do that, the price is not any better then, not disgusting accommodations. Edit 2:Had a realization while telling this to a friend. There was one light on in our room when we came in. It was a lamp in the kitchenette area. For those that don't know roaches don't typically like to crawl around in the light unless they don't have anywhere else to go. So I find it extremely suspect that coincidentally that lamp was left on, in a building where they weren't running their climate control in the lobby when it was like 80 degrees in there. I'm convinced now that the staff was 100% aware of these issues, and was just trying to hide them. Which is disgusting health wise and morally, because bugs can ride along just as bed bugs can. I had my family double check our bags, but another 8 hours in total darkness and we could have been bringing them home with us. Usually I subscribe to stupidity and not malice, but in this case with there various other shady practices, I can only see this as a malicious act.

I would give 0 stars if i could. Went there to stay 1 night with my family, booked through expedia and called shortly after making my resevation to confirm and to request an infant crib. Guy who answered the phone didn't seem to understand what i was saying and told me he couldn't find my reservation. I told him that i would call back later to see if the reservation came in. Called back a couple hours later, he said he found it and would try his best to get us in the room we paid for but it might not be available and that he would try to find a crib for us. I was a little upset at that point because i had already called hours earlier for that exact reason. Fast forward to check-in, we arrived and was told that there would be a 75 dollar hold that would be refunded at check out, guy said he found a crib but it wasn't the usual roll in crib, it was a playpen. He told us we would have to carry the playpen and also set it up ourselves. He offered us use of the janky luggage cart in the lobby. Usually when we stay at a hotel, the crib would already be ready for us in the room, let alone having to carry it up ourselves and set it up was unprofessional of them. But we still didn't let that part bother us too much. Went to the room to finally unwind after a long day and to our dismay the TV only had 4 channels available. My husband went down to the front desk to ask for help and the guy told us that there was nothing he could do. We were definitely getting frustrated with the place. We requested an extra towel because the whole family was using towels. The towels given to us had old yellow stains on them 🤮 Despite the unprofessional handling of the check-in, TV, towels we still tried to appreciate our family time. Next morning, my husbad went downstairs before check out and requested late check out, we were told they didn't have late checkout but not to worry and just bring the keys down when we're ready. We appreciated that and checked out about 1130. Few days later i checked my bank account and noticed there was a charge for 26 dollars from this place, called and spoke to a lady this time, was told that the charge was for a late checkout. Explained to her that my husband went and spoke to someone about it and they told us not worry and take our time and to return the keys whenever we're done and not once were we told that there would be a fee if not we wouldn't have "taken our time" She then rudely said you guys checked out late so there's a late check out fee and HUNG UP on me. HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE. BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE unless you want dirty towel, bad TV, hidden fees and extremely horrible...

I was in shock when I showed up here and I booked my room off Priceline for my two kids and I for our trip to kings island the next day. I booked a kings suite and when we walked in and flipped in the light, instantly we saw 2 roaches crawling on the light fixture and the wall. My kids freaked out. Then I noticed BLOOD STAINS on the mattress protector.. like bed bug blood stains.. all over it. Then my daughter said mom I think someone got killed in here there’s a huge blood stain In The carpet right here! And then the counters and microwave were COVERED with crumbs and so was the carpet. I’ll attach the photos I took. I went to the desk and told her we found roaches and it looks just like bed bug blood stains all over the bed. I asked please can I have a refund so I can take my kids somewhere else? She told me that I never should’ve been given “that room” bc it is off limits bc of all of those things and they’re working on getting the roaches out of it too. I tried to explain I don’t care what room it is, if that room has bugs this whole hotel probably has them and I can’t afford to bring that stuff home with me or my kids in our bags or clothes etc. she smiled and denied my request saying no I’ll give you a better room just come see! So I had no choice but to go view the second room and I didn’t have to look around I have common sense and know how roaches and bed bugs spread!! She said my booking is not refundable and I had to stay there! So she left us there and I instantly called a family member explaining what happened and asked him to please loan me the money for a different hotel for the kids and me bc I spent all the extra money I had on the original booking. Thankfully he was able and extra willing to help and told us to get the hell out of that hotel. So we did. But they got a free $170 and I want everyone to know so it doesn’t happen to them. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE AND DEFINITELY DINT BOOK IT ON PRICELINE. They don’t stand up for their customers rights at all. They wouldn’t even consider calling this hotel to request the refund bc SOME REASONS should be refundable no questions asked if it has to do with health and...

the staff at night was very friendly, but the remainder of the staff was very short/off putting/unfriendly. we stayed here for 3 weeks while our home was renovated, and there was a couple of baby lizards running around the room. we mentioned that to the front desk and their response was "oh yeah, Sharonville convention center I'd nearby and they have lizard expos."

well, the lizards one by one died and had to be located by our own means because they quickly smelled like sulfur farts as they died.

the toilet worked half the time, prices kept drastically alternating and the last straw was when we were woke by police and hotel staff all standing in our room at 9am because we had forgotten to make a payment on the previous night, again, this is after staying here over 3x weeks, being on name to name basis with the entirety of staffing.

we were confused about where exactly the hot food was coming from considered the never once seen a kitchen, just a microwave and carpeting everywhere, made us uneasy.

they propped the doors open at night, all night, and they were almost literally never at the desk.

you'll get bothered by drug America out in the oarking lot no matter what time you're out there... the location is absolute garbage, especially so if you're on foot, there's no gas station or convenient store for miles... you're tucked back off the road but still right on the freeway, so you get plenty of traffic noise 24/7.

something just not right bout carpeted hotels like carpeted strip clubs...gross.

the pool was closed the entire time. the snack bar was 3.89 a reg bag of mms and 2.99 per 20 oz

they do carry mini bottles of PAUL MITCHELL you just gotta ask them, or let them know u know they have em...

week days were 73-78$ after taxes, Saturday was 213$ before tax, you know... and the wash n dry is located top floor and made our clothes reek of dog piss... unsatisfying and just honestly, really gross.

everyone staffed at this location including and primarily, the owner, should be ashamed and do better or move on from the hospitality industry.

anyway got charged 2 extra nights we were not there, would not...
