While in town for an arts and crafts festival, my friends and I wandered into this shop. Initially, we were very excited because they offer some great looking products. The store was busy with people looking around. I found a tea towel for my mother in law, finished looking around, and proceeded to go to the register. The woman at the counter took the towel (never acknowledged me with a hello, howdy, nod of the head, or anything) quoted the total and THEN looked at me. Mind you, the store is full of shoppers and all of the staff is behind the counter talking to each other. I almost didn't complete the purchase due to their lack of customer service. (On a day when you have your doors open to invite people inside, please have a greeter there to 'welcome' people. Have someone say hello. Have someone else positioned in the back to offer assistance. You got into the business, don't take out on your customers the things you dont like about it!! More than one customer says you have bad customer service!!
