Mattress Firm Prospectors Plaza — Hotel in Diamond Springs

I needed to return my mattress as it was extremely uncomfortable for me. I woke up in pain every day. Since we were going up to the grocery store in Prospector's Plaza yesterday, we decided to go into the Mattress Firm store there and look around, and try out some Mattresses. We were greeted by Janelle, who, after hearing my story...immediately got the "ball rolling" with MORE information than I have ever gotten before. We talked for a while with Janelle asking all kinds of questions I had never been asked before, and then she started me trying out beds (and the best pillow EVER) per her suggestions. The second bed I tried..I THOUGHT was the "winner"...but Janelle said: "I think there is one more you should try." Boy is SHE GOOD! Not only does she know the answer to every question you have...but she DEFINATELY knows all about EACH BED in the store. The 3rd bed was THE BED! I just wanted to stay there and sleep all day!! After re-trying bed #2, and back to bed #3...there was no doubt in my mind. Bed #3 was the bed, and I decided to buy it right then...and the pillow too!!! I cant wait for next WED. and my new bed and pillow. I am so excited, and after spending the time with Janelle, and all her information and knowledge, I am SURE this bed is going to be my "Life Saver". Janelle got it written up and ready to go. I can't thank her enough...she is the BEST. Thank you...

Store Experience: My visit to the store was solid. I was pleased to find that the online discounts matched those in-store, which eliminated any confusion. It’s always a relief when prices align, and I appreciated the transparency.

Salesperson: David, my salesperson, was fantastic. He was calm and composed, which made the whole experience enjoyable. While I felt ready to make a purchase on my own, his knowledgeable assistance truly enhanced the process.

In-Store Environment: The store was impeccably clean, and I appreciated having the opportunity to test out various mattresses. I never felt rushed, which allowed me to make a more informed decision.

Delivery: The delivery was impressive—my mattress arrived in less than 24 hours! This quick turnaround was incredibly convenient and exceeded my expectations.

Setup: Although the mattress frame kit was missing some washers and bolts, it wasn't a major issue. However, I believe it’s important for future customers to receive all necessary components as stated in the instructions. A little extra attention to detail would go a long way.

We had an amazing experience! Dave was super friendly & personable. He greeted us as soon as we walked in & even pointed our kids in the direction of a play area they could use. We went in looking for a specific mattress in mind & he showed us the 3 options they had on the floor. We felt very comfortable & informed, never pressured in anyway like the "typical sales person". He explained everything, looked up the deals going on with the products website & got us comparable items all for a better deal then what online with the mattress company was offering! He also stated that they honor all the promotion/warranty that the company has to offer! Plus they will deliver & take away our old one. We are happy that we get to keep money in the county as well.
