I had the worst customer service experience here today and do not plan on returning to this establishment. I will take my money elsewhere. In my honest opinion, the significant decline in customer service and professionalism is in large part due to Gen Z dominating the positions in food establishments. The crew here lacks simple problem solving skills and conflict resolution.
I made a mobile order and arrived at the time my order was to be ready. It was sitting on the mobile order shelf. I look through my meal to find a third of my order is missing, which is not surprising. A drink and rice. I stand by the register off to the side to get the attention of a staff member, because what is the point of doing mobile order if you have to go wait in line for 15 minutes to get the correct order? Eventually, the staff at the register briefly turns to me at asks what is needed. She states she will go get the missing items. She does this once I stand there for about another 10 minutes as she rings through the majority of customers in line. She goes to the back and brings me back a warm Izzy, which is typically refrigerated so you can drink your beverage cold. I then ask if I can get my order completed by receiving the rice. Another employee comes out with a small cup of rice. I inform the employee that does not seem like the appropriate portion, as this meal usually comes in a tray with sections in it, not small cup portions. This staff member was kind and agreed with my comment. A young girl comes from the back, whom by the way she takes over the situation, I'm assuming is the shift supervisor. The kind girl that brought the rice looked to the "shift supervisor" and stated, "I think we should just remake this meal. This is not what she ordered." The shift supervisor declined to remake my food that was now cold given I waited to get the rest of my order. She grabbed the cup of rice from the other staff, rudely stated this was the correct portion, and that I have in fact received the meal I ordered, and then stuck in the back, pushed it in my direction. She was not willing to remake my meal, insisting I was wrong for expecting to receive what I had paid for. They were at least willing to give me a cup of ice for the warm drink they provided.
I should have asked for a refund and just returned the food. I would have never treated someone like this during my many years of working in customer and food service. I will be reaching to corporate though because after sifting through the reviews, it appears there have been several similar experiences. I work hard for my money and treat people with respect. When I go to a business and spend my money there, I...

Read moreI went in like an hour ago. Got a veggie burrito, never had an issue before. She wrapped my burrito and it tore on one side and didn’t even fold over so when I went to eat it it nearly fell in my lap. My fiance brought it back in with me, I was shaking, he asked for a remake for me and the lady who helped me rolled her eyes at me as she began remaking my burrito. She also made shocked and annoyed looking faces to her coworkers. It made the experience even more awkward for me. She proceeded to not acknowledge me and only my fiance. I watched her wrap it again and it once again tore and she gave it to me like nothing happened. I left with the burrito but didn’t eat it bc it was not good. Needless to say I did not have a good experience, the food was not worth even trying to get a remake, and overall the people were disrespectful about the situation. Im having a hard enough day as it is, I just hope her remaking my burrito didn’t...
