Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in California

I went in for a quick lunch special combo, the guy had me pay, said it didn't go through, had me pay again, didn't provide me a receipt, then I was on my way. This seems simple, but it did in fact charge me twice, no biggie, I went in to let them know, showed them it was accepted 2X, they said no only once. The guy printed me a receipt told me to.call back tomorrow if it still was there. I called him today because it has posted 2X and a simple refund is all that is needed to correct their mistake. He still tells me no, I need to come in. This has now become a huge inconvenience for me to return AGAIN back to them after I already tried to resolve this yesterday. Didn’t have a chance to eat, there was only one hot and ready pizza. Don’t know how long it had been in the warmer. The problem was the guy who helped, well you can’t really say help because he did pretty much nothing. I walked in, I said hi, he just looked at me. I said how’s the hot and ready, without saying a word reached behind him and opened up the warmer to show me and just stood there. He hadn’t spoken yet.
