The first thing you should know is that these employees are NOT Xfinity employees! They are a privately contracted company. When it comes down to business, they will not give any help in fixing service issues or credit for weeks of poor service. Most of all, they actually spoke very poorly about Xfinity store, especially the one in Folsom. After 20 minutes of conversation, basically, I am back to driving to Folsom. We are paying for platinum. Apparently anew line needs to be run to out home, according to the techs, but xfinity is dragging it's heels and doing as little as possible.
