I spent all day at a breast cancer awareness event. Was driving home and hadn't had dinner. It was 9pm and this round table closes at 9:30pm. I walked in to place my order and when I asked about the salad bar (it was completely gone, so I asked if salads were available)- the mushrooms and spinach and bell peppers are something I look forward to on my salad to have with my pizza.
The male taking my order said he didn't like my attitude and called me a "Karen". To which I stood in disbelief that such a reaction would be had to a valid question.
After I told him I would be contacting corporate, he proceeded to call the cops on me and report my vehicle. Mind you, I hadn't even left the store yet, nor had I even processed that I was being refused service. I didn't yell or snap or make any rude gestures, but i did make sure to snap a picture of the most disgruntled and rude employee I've ever encountered, and left the store.
Still hungry and without dinner, flabbergasted I write this review. Not sure who the white male manager in their mid 20s was, but you were rude and your behaviors were completely unjustified. Idk if you were just having a terrible night and decided to take it out on this female who couldn't do anything to fight against you, or if this is how you typically treat customers that come in during the last hour of your shift. Either way, it sucks that the other Round Table closed permanently so I don't even have the option of visiting a different location. We also live in such a small town that unfortunately there's only a handful of choices. I can guarantee if this is how these employees treat the general public, this location will shut down before the end of the year. I am horrified at the immaturity and lack of awareness/respect/courtesy of this measly employee. The male employee that insulted me and threatened me has no place in any community. I hope that corporate and the owners of this location take the steps to handle this...
Read moreSecond bad experience in the last 1-1/2 weeks, with only two visits. Called in pick up orders both times for personal size pizzas which only take 5 minutes to bake. Showed up 20 minutes after placing the orders, and both times, neither had even been prepared, let alone put in the oven. I waited for the first, but was not doing it a second time. I have a 1/2 hour lunch, which is the whole purpose of calling an order in. When I'm told it will be ready in 15-20 minutes, that is what I expect. The woman who seemed to be in charge was there both times, and just wanted to give me excuses as to why it wasn't ready, again; not interested in excuses.
My coworker took his family in last week and experienced the same poor service, plus a filthy restaurant; pizza buffet still had old pizza sitting out after 5:00.
This used to be really good, but has declined. Current staff seems to be unable to multi task and time orders correctly. With the filthy conditions, this location just seems to always be in complete chaos.
I won't be back, at least for a while, maybe the owners will take a look at the quality of their staff and clean it...
Read moreThe staff are so friendly and hospitable, and not just a one time fluke but have been back a few times and it seems hiring employees who do their job well and treat their customers with respect and who do their job with a pleasant demeanor and a smile really are required of the staff there! The food was great , we always get the salad bar to go it never disappoints always fresh and with an abundance of great quality choices and at a price that is really a bargain for something that is actually healthy and fresh ! The overall dining room is always clean and everything well stocked at times I want to complain because I always felt the price of the pizza was a bit overboard but anywhere you go seems to cost about the same and in reality it might even out in the price when I consider with all the positives it offers it's worth it in...
