update 3-20-22 It wasn't giving me an option to post a new review, so I'll just add to this one. Every time we go here, it progressively gets worse. At least the self serve kiosk was actually functional for once, where as it usually isn't every single other time we've gone in. Tonight there was almost no one at this location, and we still waited at least 10 minutes for our food, despite their being 3 people in the kitchen. When we finally did get our food, as per also usual, we had an entire item missing from our order and I had to go up and ask for it. Ontop of a missing item, two items were made incorrectly. Additionally, all of our burgers were over cooked and the food was almost overly salty. Sad to say but we won't be frequenting this establishment anymore
Been here twice so far. The first time we came we were pleased. The food was good and we got our food relatively quickly even though there was a HUGE to go order ahead of us. We came back tonight and were not as pleased. The kiosk (both this time and the first time) were not loading, so we placed a mobile order from our phone. We did the same thing this evening, and an entire item was just magically erased from our order. We ordered 3 burgers and only 2 were accounted for and displayed on the receipt. And yes, the burger in question had been added to the order. Not only did we have to re-order the missing item, but the fries were almost ice cold. I really had hope for this place. Read moreEdit: They were much better on our third visit. Service was greatly improved and we had no issues. I've been here twice, and both times had similar experiences. The food is actually pretty good - 4 out of 5 stars. The service however is terrible - 1 out of 5. I feel bad, as they always seem very understaffed. Usually just 2 or 3 people working with tons of orders coming in. They could easily add another 2 or 3 staff for the volume they get.
The 2nd time I ordered take out though will be my last. The order took very long with the multitude of orders that were in before. When it finally was complete, it sat on the middle counter for 10 minutes. I whispered to my wife, "I bet that one is ours". The store itself still cannot get orders right or even hot. Unfortunate because we enjoy their food but refuse to pay for such horrendous customer service.
