Hate to be the first bad review but when you lie to a customer of 5 years and then throw the company under the bus by claiming a policy that doesnāt exist thats not a good manager in my opinion.
Just so everyone knows that has been paying and attending the Placerville quick quack the top of your vehicle is not being washed due to the topside brushes not engaging.
I attended the wash twice in one week and on the second visit 5/3/25 I noticed the same thing happening again so I figured Iād be nice and let the manager know that the topside brushes werenāt working, thinking I would get one of two answers either we know about it or thank you for letting us know and weāll get somebody on it and Iād move on with my life. But to my surprise no the manager decided to go ahead and lie to me and tell me that there was automation in the wash that prevents the wash from using the topside brushes if you have an antennas on you car š³ ā¦. I basically told her thatās not how that works ⦠she then changed her story telling me well itās a quick quack policy that they donāt wash your car if you have antennas on your car ā¦. š§ āthat would seem very problematic for there business plan if they did thatā I replied š which Iāve know confirm with my ānormalā quick quack location was a complete lie. But at the time I just wanted to see how far she would take this so I went ahead and removed my radio antenna and went through the was again and to everyoneās surprise ā¦.. it still didnāt work. I pulled back around to a now very unhappy to see me manager but I didnāt even bother to get out I just told her itās freakin broke but thanks for disrespecting a long time customer!!!
Like I said all I was trying to do was be nice I know itās a new location and there are going to be issues but to tell a customer basically they donāt know what there taking about and continue lying instead of just admitting thereās and issue with the was is just a real sightless into the kind of company quick quack is...

They charge me anyway and then took no accountability, no remorse!!! Do not go here!!! So the long story long is I went in the beginning of June and paid $12.99 for a car wash, I was offered the deal to have the recurring payments to which I replied absolutely not! Then a week later I Saw the sign shakers out there in full force four of them one on every corner advertising free washes. So I went back in I was told that because I've been there once and paid the 1299 I wasn't entitled to the free washes for the remainder of the month. So I asked the girl what could what was I entitled to and she said if I paid $9.99 I could get washes through the end of June free. I agreed and again I reiterated that I am absolutely no uncertain terms wanted recurring payments I did not agree to this I told her that but they're in such a hot hurry to push you through the line they really don't explain anything. The level of unprofessionalism from a new business in town trying to solicit new business is absolutely unprofessional and criminal behavior! It's bait and switch. End of story shame on you whoever owns this business shame...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to Quick Quack Car Wash because they just opened and were offering a week of free car washes. When I arrived, I decided to sign up for their monthly subscription ($22/month with the first month discounted to $10). It sounded like a decent deal.
As soon as I signed up, the car wash went down and I couldnāt even get a wash. I reached out to their support and was told I couldnāt get a refund because it was a ādiscountedā price. That makes no sense. I had just signed up less than an hour earlier and hadnāt even used the service.
To make things worse, there is no way to contact the store directly. No phone number, no real-time help, nothing. When I explained all of this to customer service, they said a supervisor would contact me in three days. Three days to fix something I didnāt even get to use and tried to cancel immediately? That is unacceptable.
If this is how they treat new customers, I can only imagine how frustrating it must be over time....
