I think most people that choose the systems from The Container Store are going to love them. Then I think there is that small portion of people like myself that are just not so impressed once you see the finished project. Grant it we have not put our clothing back in yet because I am just trying to let it wear on me, but overall, I am not that impressed especially for the cost. I will admit that part of my disdain has to do with the store’s mistake of giving us some of the wrong materials. Which required me to have to drive over to the store on Sunday to get the correct pieces so we could finish the project over the weekend. My next issue happened the day before when my husband and son went to pick up the materials. I sent all the receipts and packet they gave me so they could provide proof in order to get the stuff. All my husband said was my name and they brought it out, helped them load it and he signed a signature and they left. I am a bit surprised that you don’t have to scan something, bring something or have a designated person show proof. Honestly, I am not thinking the worst, but I am thinking of all the stores that require you to provide proof before leaving with your purchase. I asked the Operations Manager about this and she said they have never required that, and they do not because they have never had a problem with someone else taking anyone’s purchase. I said I hope that continues but you all would not have wanted me to be the first customer it happened to. Of course someone would have to know you have something to pick up and your name but people talk and I talked a lot over the past two (2) weeks about this closet system and for the cost – I want someone to make me show proof that I paid for it, that’s all.

The Container Store is good everywhere. Its staff is friendly and knowledgeable -- and always ready to help. Now, a walk around The Container Store proves that it lives up to its name. There are containers for everything imaginable. There are racks and shelving for all things made. Hooks, clips, and other gadgets abound. The Container Store at Perimeter (120 Perimeter Center W, suite 100, Atlanta, GA 30346) is easy on parking, and in the general area, traffic is decent. Inside the store, browsing is easy, with spacious rows and isles. Shop here, and notice how the space makes everything easy for the eye to see. -- JodyTucker | November 2, 2022

Well, organized store of organization products. What would you expect? The staff are exceptionally helpful and eager to help you find what you need for your home or storage situation. Special orders are not a problem if they do not have something in stock. We took advantage of the Elfa promotion, and 30% off Elfa products is a significant discount. There’s plenty of free parking out front and it is safe and secure. It’s easy to get carried away, so Shop with a list and bring your tape measure and know the sizes of where you’re organizing at home.

Usually I have a normal experience but today when I went in I was immediately asked by the cashier if I needed anything. I had a bag to exchange some things which I usually do at the same time to save time even though they make you do two transactions. But she made me do my returns first before shopping. I was in a hurry so I wasn’t very happy about that but whatever ok. Then I got my items and was waiting in line to check out and she was taking forever with the lady in front of me. Again normally wouldn’t bother me but I was in a hurry and I’d already checked out once. She didn’t call for backup which I don’t understand. Then she made me do the mobile checkout this time and get an emailed receipt. Not my preference but ok whatever. Then I went to the car and checked the emailed receipt and thought something was rang with the wrong price. So I went back in to go check the items and she was right on me. I was just trying to check fast and leave before I was late for an appointment but she was right on me. I just don’t like shopping with someone constantly bothering you. Personal preference. Never really had this issue before but I brought my own bag this time with the returns and to reuse for new purchases so maybe that was it? Idk just didn’t enjoy the experience. And I have ocd so I’ll be left thinking about it for the rest of the day unfortunately. Oh and she wouldn’t let me check the cart before returning it in my own time. She took it. I said I have ocd I just need a minute to make sure I don’t leave anything. But that’s harder to do with someone...

Very poor service when trying to spend money on a custom closet. No email, no follow up, and lack of accountability. Waited 20 minutes for someone to help on Sunday and while the sale rep was nice, was given a fast shake down of what to do in my closet. Made to feel like I had to choose quickly and even commit to purchase same day. Next day at 6:30 am placed a curbside pick up order that read delayed most of the day. Called the check and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes, got to the story and manager and two employees standing at the front socializing. When I said who I was, my order wasn’t ready and was made to wait longer to gather the order. This was at 5:40 pm they had the majority of their business hours to prepare. When I asked the manager about my experience she became defensive and cited that it’s the “holidays” and she had a “2 hour call” and couldn’t fulfill my needs. Its the middle of October, what holidays? Going to call Buckhead or Alpharetta store to see if they can...
