Private Residence — Hotel in Fort Lauderdale

I arrived and checked in around 10:30pm to find a dirty room. Hair all over the shower floor and more hair and dirt all over the bathtub, so clearly neither had even been wiped out. There was no top sheet on the bed (you know they never remove and clean the duvet) and the fitted sheet had a spot that you could see and FEEL, so obviously it had also not been washed. The finishes were not nice. Only one set of dingy towels was included. There was a kitchenette but the fridge was dirty and missing the parts that make up the freezer but clearly had some defrosting issues.

I refused to sleep in the dirty sheets and bathroom so I left. I contacted the owner as instructed before I left that night and never heard back, and I emailed them and got me response. So looks like I’ll be paying for that gross room plus the one I actually stayed in. I recommend the Aqua Hotel just a block away - they were so friendly and accommodating when I booked the room and arrived for checkin after 11pm, and I got a great last...

FALSE ADVERTISED, but also dirty, smelly and not ready for my check-in time. I booked a beach front unit with an ocean view. It wasn’t. There was no beach outside the window - there was another building there. The room was disgusting. Bathroom was dirty and smelled terribly (they gave me room freshener lol), tub was broken, shower leaked all over the floor and the door to the next unit had no isolation so I could hear the person talking there like they were in the same unit with me. I never check in to this resort i cancel a day invance .They took my payment and don't want to refunded my money back .I never in my life i try cancel frm a hotel and can't get my own money back when i never check in ..and if u get insurance for refund they still don't want give you your monmey back..please people DON'T BOOK WITH...
