Hotel is what you get for the price. It was clean and close to Disney (about 15 minute drive).
However, we still had issues with staff and their procedures.
No shuttle bus from the airport. Which is fine, however they said that they could call the guy that does the Disney shuttle and for $70 he would go pick us up and drop us off at the hotel (no thanks). I checked Uber's prices and it was $35 to the hotel (way better).
Got to the hotel at around 11 am and the person in the reception desk gave me the weirdest/rudest look on her face and said "you are here to check in?". Well, yeah, the plane landed at 9:30 am, has this never happened before?
Charged us $20 extra for checking in early.
Breakfast is alright... its decent and better than nothing.
Disney "shuttle" (it's actually an SUV with 7 seats crammed) guy was weird... the whole way to Disney he was telling us his "prices" even tho the hotel said it was "free". Went on about how if we are late its $20 and such. Also went on about how Uber drivers are sketchy and not nice people. He is an uber driver as well, but he claims he was the exception. Every uber driver we used (except for him) were really nice people and we made loads of friends.
He was 20 minutes late to pick us up (pick up time is at 9 am) and the hotel and him said pick up at Disney is at 10 pm (which honestly sucked because we missed a few attractions at Magic Kingdom because you have to leave at 9:25ish to get to the pick up point).
We got to the guy at 10:08 pm and he had the ugliest look on his face and he told us "I called the hotel to see if you were there because I was about to leave". Okay, we have to wait 20 minutes for you but you cant wait 8 minutes?! As well there was a kid in the front seat listening to music and another kid in the back seat doing the same. Seemed a bit sketch to us because we didn't know who they were (probably his kids). My mother who needs the front seat (because of health problems) had to sit in the back and she was uncomfortable the whole time and felt the effects of it throughout our stay.
He doesn't drop you off at the parks, only at the same place everywhere (extra cost for other park drop offs).
After the first day we decided not to take the shuttle anymore and just call uber ($15 one way). I know its an extra cost that we had to make, but honestly it was necessary to be comfortable.
Advice to the hotel... Dont looked so surprised and rude when people come in early. It happens. We just wanted to rest a bit because of the early flight. Extend the pick up time to 11 pm or something. You are asking people to give up great experiences that they can be having at the park.

Read moreWe called and made reservations and there was never anything asking if we could request down Stairs due to we had someone else in the party that could not go up & down stairs. We did not want the credit card the reservations were under charged but before we old say anything it was charged and caused many fees. The person at the front desk offered to delete and fix it but damages were done already and would have frozen my account. When getting to the room we were assigned it was very hot and a/c ran for hrs but never got cold. All night long there was a sound caused by a/c. Then there was a leaking faused in the shower causing us to hear dripping all night. While staying there they stated there was a refrigerator and that did not work. We were very disappointed with the professionalism of the office staff when arriving to the location. They were not Apologetic at all nore did they even fix anything. We left to get dinner and there was only 1 parking spot available for us to park and no where near our room or the stairs leading to the 2nd floor. We had to again go downstairs to get ice due to the only ice machine that worked was downstairs. We found out the next morning there was an elevator on the facility for use that was never offered for us to use. The night we arrived when coming back after dinner there were police at the office. The next morning while there were children awake and outside while the parents were packing cars there is a driveway around the rear of the building and cars were using this location to skid tires and spread around the building and nothing was done about this, all it would have taken was a child to walk out and they did not have time to stop. I did not feel safe or welcomed to this facility. I would never recommend this location to anyone or will I revisit this...
Read moreDISGUSTING. Where do i begin? First the hotel is refusing to issue ANY kind of refund so lets start there. They have zero concern for the health and well being of their guests during a global health pandemic. ||||1. closet broken- staff fixed||2. opened the desk drawer and found Ms. J Yang of Kissimmee Fl personal belongings- including bills, IRS paperwork, an old cell phone among other things. Took that to the front desk.||3. came back from dinner at 10:30 and the sink was leaking on the carpet so we put the ice bucket under||4. I jumped in bed as i was exhausted and felt "bits" my partner pulled the sheets back and there was a USED dental pick in the bed along with someone else's HAIR and BITS (you know Covid is transmissible correct??)||5. while he was getting the front desk attendant to come up AGAIN I found all kinds of personal items under the bed||6. we were moved to Room #2 where i promptly took a scalding hot shower. This room had a clogged toilet, food on the carpet and dirty filth everywhere.||7. the front desk has NO ONE after 11 pm and as it was now 11:30 we just sucked it up and crashed. We literally had NO CHOICE but to stay here.||||By the way, we were in town for a DOUBLE funeral for family members due to covid. This website says that they clean and sanitize...don't believe a word they say. We also made the mistake of booking with Hotels.com who wont back us up as customers because we were forced to stay- they will just give us a coupon for future stays!!!||||We are escalating this with the county health department, the BBB and the Fla...
