The service was awful. The menu that was provided was incorrect in their pricing when I noticed I called back immediately to cancel one of the items. First they said well They already started to cook it so is that OK. I said no it is the wrong price had I known that I wouldn't have ordered it, please take it off. They put me on hold then came back and said they were having technical difficulty could they call me back. I said sure. Then when they called back they asked how they could help me so I explained the situation again to which they put me on hold for over 20 minutes. I hung up and called back again to which I had to explain the situation again. They put me back on hold again. When they came back on they said there wasn't anything they could do because the order was on its way. By this time I was livid. I said that this was unacceptable and wanted to talk to their manager. The manager came on the phone just as the food arrived and once again explained why was upset. They ended up giving me more food and 15.00 cash refund. Then we went to eat the food .....IT WAS AWEFUL. so bad we ended up throwing it away. SO MY ADVICE IS BUYER BEWARE. This is the first time I have ever left a bad review of any business. Read moreI ordered just a few things from this restaurant on Thanksgiving as I spent the holiday away from my family for the first time, worked a long day at Walt Disney World, and had ordered from a completely different restaurant only to receive the wrong order. I stumbled across this gem (pun intended) as I was crying to my boyfriend on the phone about not being able to cook that night, ordered the egg fried rice and krab rangoon to satisfy the pit of hunger and sadness in my stomach. When placing the ordered I asked “make with love” as a little joke, and ended up with the most delicious food I’ve had in quite some time. Read moreI had tried to order delivery from here. I got a receipt emailed to me telling me. I had called them about 10 minutes after scheduled delivery time. They had told me a manager would call back, so I waited another 20 minutes. from when I ordered to when they finally called me back it had been over an hour and a half to tell me my card had been declined and see if i wanted to use a different form of payment.
