Serena Inn — Hotel in Four Corners

I was in true shock with how bad this place was. Booking.com had the reviews set as good and when reading the reviews, it seemed good as well. At arrival, I was given a room and when I entered… the room was full of some women’s stuff. She was not there and that gave me a really eerie feeling. Alerted staff- got put in room 229. Yall, the roaches was swarming. I had to get online to work so I didn’t immediately leave. The room was not clean.. like dead roach bodies on the towels. The roaches were so bad that I tried eating lunch at the little table in the room and roaches started coming out of nowhere towards me. It was scary forreal! Then, this is not including the sketchiness of the people staying there.. how the doors look like they have been kicked in many times. I felt unsafe, dirty, and it was giving me low vibrations. Luckily, booking contacted the front desk and the hotel agreed to refund me my money, plus let me stay there that day for free to find somewhere else to go. I always want to say something positive because everything is always all bad. The staff was super nice. Especially the older man who was working that night. He seemed very caring but he also seemed almost worried about me which in return made me wonder...

Okay. So my boyfriend, my dog, and I are relocating to Florida. We've been looking at extended stay places for awhile and decided to check this one out. We drive here and every head in the parking lot turned to stare at us. We felt like a fish in a shark tank. So my boyfriend walks in and asks if he can see a room and they just hand him a key. What?! We drive around to the side of the building and the door is standing wide open. We walked up the stairs which were cracked and said things like "shoes go here" and "scooters bike" we walked into room 212 while trying to ignore the smell of broken dreams and cat piss. And behold. Stains all over the carpet, overwhelming smells of you guessed it, cat piss. Not to mention mold and who knows what else. I said "this is their show room and it's this disgusting?" Boyfriend then says, "No dear. This is the room they want us to rent." I've never walked out of somewhere so fast in my life. I had to wash my dogs feet off before he could lick them and die from something. It's also very strange to me that every person who has posted a good review of this place has only ever...

Affordable motel great staff and dog friendly. We needed a change in life,we took a chance moved out here started working for the mouse❤️🌻☮️ staying here until we find houseing. You hear kids playing everyday. There's plenty of other pet parents. Staff is beyond cool. Close to 2 grocery stores. Aldi's, Publix and there's a Spanish grocery store. There's a few taco trucks hidden behind the billiards/ bar that's next door. Two close laundry mats. There's also a laundry room in the hotel. It's considered an extended stay. There's a lot of families here. It's not too far to drive to Margaritaville, Island H2O, Old Town Kissimmee and Disney world, lots of shopping. We've found a an excellent biking trail "West Orange trail" not a far drive. It's really kind of in the middle of everything. The longer we stay here the more stuff we find ❤️🌻☮️ in Margaritaville there's a really cool movie theater. And if you want a huge meal to share go to on the border and get the trio fajitas.
