China Pearl — Restaurant in Four Corners

This has got to be the absolute worst Chinese food I have ever experienced. I wouldnt even call this chinese food !! The food was absolutely horrible, everything tasted like old burnt oil. The dumplings, crab ragoons and shrimp tempura were burn & dry, hard. The dumplings were not only nasty and burnt the dumpling sauce was just soy not the actual sauce. The pork fried rice tasted of spoiled pork meat, the chicken was very very rubbery and inedible, doughy sweet and sour chicken tasted of old oil. Thouse special lomain was surprisingly saturated in garlic powder and had exactly 2 tiny shrimp, 2 strips of pork and chicken, not very house special at all. The soup was just lots of gooey eggs when I had ordered chicken soup. Our meal in total came out to $60.00 for food we just cannot stomach to eat. This was my first time ordering via UberEats I called the restaurant Chinese Sister to ask for a refund we even agreed to bring the food back untouched, and they said that we could not bring the food back and no refund only store credit! I explained that i would not like a credi, I would not like to order from here again... , He went on to say that we have to take it up with UberEats for the refund on the food, not them. I even accidentally tipped them $7 !!! None of us can stomach this much oil or the smell of old meat in the rice. The hard fried foods we can't even bite into! We simply cannot eat this... this is not acceptable at all!!!! Iam highly upset with the quality & horrible taste of the food, the attitude of the employer whom i spoke with, and the poor customer service provided by Chinese Sister restaurant. Just Ridiculous...

Update : Excellent customer service from UberEats!! I received full refund. Thank you. As for the restaurant...

Terrible!!!

Came here because my go to place, quite surprisingly, was closed today.

Ordered the Bourbon Chicken. They said, be ready in 10 minutes, so I sat down.

I took out my cell phone and before I was able to check to see if I WiFi, they tell me, food is ready. Shocking!

I felt the bag was hot. Went to the car and decided to have a taste. To my surprise, the chicken (if that’s what it was) was not ‘hot’ is was more like, sitting at room temperature.

Came back home (less than 3 mins away)— Had some more. Put white rice on a dish, chicken & sauce…. And It was sooo salty I couldn’t eat it.

But what was salty?

Was it the rice, or the bourbon sauce?

I know it was not the so called chicken; I had some when I was right there.

So I tasted the Bourbon sauce, and that was it. I couldn’t keep on eating it. The so called chicken was quite plastic-like; no texture, chewy and definitely not something I’ve had before. And if I have, it was very well disguised.

Had no option; It went right into the garbage outside.

A total waste of money to say the least. And lesson learned. If the place next to Papa John’s is closed, best not to have...

This was a really good experience at China sister. We called in a pickup order although delivery is offered. We order beef friend rice with extra scallions, fried chicken wings, and krab rangoon. The food was pretty tasty. The rice DOES NOT have peas and carrots 😊😊😊👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 unlike most Chinese food here. It looks like it was made with dark soy, which I love. The rice had a good amount of meat and had bean sprouts in it as well. It was flavored well and tasted great. Krab rangoon had a savory flavor to it. The only reason why I gave a 4 star rating is because I didn't too much care for the chicken wings. But despite that, I will definitely be back to...
