Stay away from this store if you have a large print job. I work for a large company and needed some training manuals copied.Mark the âmanagerâ was extremely unprofessional and rude. Looked at me like I was dumb when I asked a question, seemed bothered by my business. I tried asking him questions and he responded snarky and absolutely blank stares. Called and explained to the other Manager Fabio, he was nice but even then there seems to be some kind of disconnect and communication with this place. Office max closing down the street is bringing them more business but somehow my business is not wanted. I canât wrap my head around how a PAYING customer needs to do half the work for them to be able to do their jobs.I was polite and not hostile the entire time even though mark was giving me a hard time . I am not a person to get upset over anything but this was the first time I was heated and upset.He said I needed to count all my pages (I had a manual needed copies) before I could go any further. Office max never had an issue making book copies of my manual in the past. I was bringing them here in hopes to get a better price but I couldnât even get to that point. I arrived at the store at 7:15 PM because they advertise the store closes at 8 PM. When I arrived, I was told the Amazon counter was closed. They closed at seven. I said I looked on your website and it did not Advertise that a shirt Caucasian woman with blond hair comes from behind me, very sternly telling the young man that was helping me and myself absolutely not that that was Amazonâs problem. They shouldâve advertise that to me. I kindly asked if there was at least one person that could scan this one thing she very sternly said no, and did not offer any recourse. Did not say we will hold it for you until tomorrow. Anything nothing! Just flat out rude and mean, and I was told nothing could be done because they needed time to close down the store. I will never step foot in this staples again and to think she was probably a manager is appalling.    Read moreUpdated review: I changed my original review after going to my second appointment today. Let me start by saying that the gentleman was polite, professional, and answered all of my questions. The reason why there is so many complaints for the TSA is because they need to assign/hire more people! There is literally only ONE person assigned to process TSA appointments in the entire store! If it is that busy to where they are scheduling people out in 15 min intervals, youâd like to think they would do a lot better than a small desk in the corner for the gentleman working.
Nonetheless I witnessed him take 3 appts before me, answer all questions & do it with a kind demeanor and smile on his face. The problem isnât the employees, they are human. They need breaks. Get them help!
That little TSA corner is probably the busiest part of that entire Staples store.
