Arrowhead Crossing — Local services in Peoria

The mall is crowded outside of school hours but it's always clean. They have a breastfeeding room, family bathrooms and pretty large regular bathrooms in the food court. They added more bathrooms recently but have yet to clean/update/repair the kid play area in the 4 years I have actually paid attention. It looks like they wait until they absolutely have to fix something and even then, it's not much. The same holes in the equipment that were there when my son was 1, are still there years later.

The food court has been updated a lot, but it never looked dirty or bad in my opinion. They offer the typical fast food places, nothing really healthy if you are looking for fresh food though. Not vegan friendly unless you hit up Starbucks or Jamba Juice (both willing to change things for you).

Parking is always terrible during peak hours so don't expect a good spot. I feel safe walking the distance to my car if I have to park far...

Rundown, all the buildings in the area are very run down. I'm sure it was very nice at one point. It needs love and it needs more lighting in the parking lot it's pretty creepy, makes you want to sit your window if you're in a restaurant to keep your eye on your car and you don't really want to touch anything in the stores because it looks yucky Honestly, most of the employees like doing their best, but you can tell that they aren't paid enough, they're understaffed and honestly the restaurants in the stores are all run down how can you be happy to go to work when the place looks like it has been abandoned by the company that owns it and ignored by their employer? Come on Arrowhead you can do much much better than that, right? I don't recommend going there for a nice specification or a fancy...

These people are racist and prejudice! They asked me for my ID but no one else on the line and I was the only Latino there. White old lady I could not believe I was being subjected to this discriminatory and foul racism. Got a good mind to call Fox news on them. If you're Hispanic or African American I wouldn't recommend shopping there. We are not welcomed. No one else was asked for ID when they used the credit card except me. I'm a business professional and a family man. I was just shopping for a shirt for a business meeting. They said they check everybody's ID when they use a credit card... That's a crock because I've been there several times and have never asked me for my driver's license. I'm telling you folks... My people, people of color, do...
