I pass by this place everyday on my lunch break and finally decided to go here today. Big mistake. I was sitting there eating my lunch before I go into the store as I’m sitting there this lady come out and tells me I need to leave. I’m confused as to why but right then I decided I’m not spending my money here. I told her I was leaving as I was sending a text message back to someone. This lady leaves and comes back out and starts yelling at me that this is private property. I told her but it’s a furniture store and I wanted to go look at couches as I’m in the market she starts yelling about their close and you have to have an appointment. I asked her how would I know that seeing as how I’ve never been there. She starts telling me it’s private property and I couldn’t park there and I tell her there’s no sign. She turns around and see there’s no sign. Apparently someone pulled it down. She tells me she owns the place and she wanted me to leave or she was having my car towed or was calling the police. I told her to do both 😂 She’s a racist and I will be doing a full review on TikTok and let the people do their job. The fact that she thought she was threatening me with the police as if I have warrants and is scared of the police is crazy. Treating potential clients like this is unacceptable.
Update There’s no sign out there that says private property or that you have to make an appointment. If it’s my first time there how would I know that you have to make an appointment and again I’m going to say I was on my lunch break and coming in to look for furniture. You lost a client because you’re rude and you’re racist. I took my money and went elsewhere another day on my lunch break and I had no problems. Your attitude is why you have 3 stars and from other reviews I’m glad I didn’t spend my money with you.

Read moreI had been searching for a TEAL Leather sectional or couch/loveseat. I left numerous messages and emailed. I was patient as I know many companies are short handed. After close to 2 wks as I had almost given up. I received a phone call. I was so happy. Unfortunately, what was a normal business call turned negative fast in an odd way that left me stunned. The price for the sofa & loveseat was so reasonable that I knew I would be paying a lot for freight as I live in another state. I asked basic questions regarding the furniture. I was a serious buyer ready to buy. As I had been searching tired of leather samples and the months wait time. Excited one already made two states away. During this brief conversation suddenly the lady who was pleasant at first even joking about the state I live in suddenly changed and said, “ we don’t deliver out of state”. I stated I would have a freight company. Shocked since in all my messages & emails I said, what state. She suddenly HUNG UP on me. Totally SHOCKED!
Well, I figured out the company who made the couch. Southern Motion out of Mississippi!!!! You can build your own sectional many different style and fabric samples can be sent to you by ordering them from Great Furniture Deal. You can go to Southern Motion to see all of there furniture options and furniture measurements. Plus, locate a retailer. I look back when she wouldn’t sell me the sofa/loveseat she has nor would tell me the maker. So many different ways she could of handled this. Read moreWorse treatment I ever had in my life. The seller was super nice and attentive when we were looking for a couch and we decided to buy one. However my bank had had a fraud alert and blocked my card. I had to ask them to wait until next day when I was going to the bank to solve it. At the end, my problem would take a while to be solved and I had to cancel the order. He called next morning then suddenly became very rude when I was trying to explain what happened. He did not want to hear, had the worse attitude towards me, raised his voice and hung up the phone on me. I understand you hold the couch for us for about 12 hours, I trully appreciate the little effort in understanding what I was going through, however that DOES NOT BIND ME INTO BUYING ANYTHING and as a good seller you should NEVER treat a costumer like you did.
