brought my younger sister here to shop for homecoming dresses which is supposed to be a fun experience. the girl working (mia) was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. there are dresses high up on the wall where assistance is needed to get the dress down and she had an attitude every time we asked or was super rushed. she dropped a dress and then picked it up and shoved it towards my sister. also asked if she had another size in a dress and she was very snippy and said what's on the floor is all they have which made me not even want to ask to place an online order or check another store. there were other interactions but the final one that made me leave this review was when my sister and i were put in a fitting room she told her to go in and yanked the curtain down smacking her in the head and when i asked why she did that she just walked away. on my way out i asked her name and told the manager and instead of apologizing the manager said "i'll...
Read moreI always do online shopping but I was in need of a gown for a wedding went in the store was empty, there was a worker there she made me feel uncomfortable since I stepped in. She was hovering over me cleaning around me . While i tried do look at dresses, asked her for a fitting room , she took the dresses from me without even looking at me . After I tried them on she asked about a hanger I didn’t have one for a dress she seemed upset and told me she would just find one and once again in a rude off manner still didn’t do any eye contact . The whole time she was just around me. I felt way to uncomfortable and rushed I felt my shopping was a drag to her I ended up leaving the store without a purchase even tho I loved 2 dresses i feel if you can’t have basic manners and nice customer service you should Not be doing retail. Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Windsor tonight. I arrived with approximately 45 minutes left until closing. Before I even had a chance to say hello or receive any greeting, I was immediately informed, "Just so you know, the fitting rooms are closed."
This is incredibly poor customer service. Not only was the greeting unwelcoming and abrupt, but being told I couldn't try on clothes – especially with such a significant amount of time left before closing – is unacceptable. Adding to this frustration, Windsor's policy of "nothing is returnable" makes shopping virtually impossible under these circumstances. How can customers be expected to purchase clothing without the ability to try it on, knowing they have no recourse if it doesn't fit?
