STAY HERE AND YOU WILL NEVER WANT TO STAY ANYWHERE ELSE EVER AGAIN!!! From the great communication, to the convenient location; to the amazing hospitality from Clair. Make your vacation, or even staycation, one to remember, just because of the location, & place of rest & relaxation! We had planned out our couple weekend here in Kerville and ended up having a staycation. The whole ambiance in the Bow-wood Suite was so cozy and THE BED was every so comfortable w/ a comforter you'll never want to get up & out from underneath of. The personal touches that Clair & Ken have added are a bonus. The secret kitchen is fantastic. She even leaves some fresh fruit and sweets. At such an affordable cost, anyone can have the opportunity to feel like a VIP guest just by staying. Again, If you’re looking for an intimate weekend away to relax, this is perfect. You know that moment when you find something special? We do. My wife and I had the opportunity to visit Kerrville, TX, and stay at a B&B, we chose Bois D' Arc, and it is perfect. The accommodations are beautiful, expertly decorated and maintained by the hosts - Clair & Ken. I really don't know if I would be this comfortable and well treated with family - don't tell them. Clair and Ken have created a space that is fully equipped, plush, and cozy. We are not on our Motorcycles, but I hear they are well suited for the Two Wheel Travelers. It is becoming increasingly rare to find folks who take pride in what they do, and are authentically caring and welcoming, Clair and Ken are the genuine article and I am sure they represent what is best about Texas. We were hoping to stay here the night of April 11th, as we’d called ahead and were told that there was a Queen room available. When we arrived, we were confused as to where the front entrance was. Perhaps it was because we’d driven a long way for my husband’s upcoming eye surgery. I’m sure we looked tired. When we spoke to the woman who was managing the place and her husband, we felt uncomfortable and not welcome. We were asked to come back in half an hour. We went instead to a hotel.
