4605 By The Sea — Hotel in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea

Stayed there for one night. We had booked a room w 2 beds in their other property but it was full so moved here and was told the rooms were much nicer. |Pros-location is very good and close to the beach |Room was clean|Room was spacious |Cons-|Room was spacious but with lots of wasted space-you Walk into full Kitchen w a very small couch (might fit 2 small people) and a tiny table for 2. No TV in that kitchen/couch combo area. |The bathroom is between the bedroom and kitchen so that’s oddly placed.|Towels we were given 1 per person w 1 washrag each. There’s no office so you can’t get more on property I don’t believe- although we didn’t ask.|Bed was ok but pillows (again one each) were old and super flat. One thin blanket.|No pool|Beware parking- there was free parking but we were told if it’s busy you’d have to park at the other property which is a long walk!! Several blocks away. |Stairs- we were on second floor and I believe it was 20 steps up- carrying luggage wasn’t easy so keep that in mind. |I’d probably keep looking around before staying there again for...

Very disappointed. Had to walk two blocks with all my luggage (International traveller) from the office to the room, if raining you would be drenched. The neighbours appeared to be residence and smoked a lot which made my room smell and where extremely intimidating. The AC was loud even when turned off it would make extremely loud noises as if it were on. Please note you cannot drink the tap water. The bathroom shower dripped and could not be stopped. The curtains were broken in the bathroom and the shelf below the sink wasn’t even attached. The towels were old but clean. No value for money here,...

Gave me wrong room! I booked this place last minute due to weather, location, health condition and suffering persecution and injustice! Room has handicap entrance for handicap which I am not thank God, bath is too small , no shower liner so when you bathe water splashes everywhere especially when you bathe like a real mermaid like me! Can’t close bathroom door ,AC electrical outlet cover is loose which I noticed when unplugging it, peaceful ambiance and clean with plenty hot water tho but needs remodeling...
