" A Perfect Beachfront Gem in LA" I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Redline Venice Hotel, and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, allowing me to start my vacation without any hassle. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable - right on Venice Beach, offering direct access to the beautiful coastline and vibrant local scene that Venice is famous for.The room itself was a haven of comfort, featuring a bed that seemed tailor-made for restful nights after days spent exploring the city or lounging by the ocean. It was clear that the hotel has put a lot of thought into the amenities they offer, catering to every need a guest could have, from leisure to practicality, ensuring a stay that's as comfortable as it is memorable. But what truly sets the Redline Venice Hotel apart is its cozy spot right on the beach. Waking up to the sound of waves and having the sand just steps away was a dream come true. Whether I was in the mood for some sunbathing, a casual stroll along the beach, or simply wanted to enjoy the stunning sunsets, everything I desired was right at my fingertips. For anyone planning a visit to LA and looking for a delightful and cozy spot on the beach, I cannot recommend the Redline Venice Hotel enough. It's not just a place to stay; it's a destination that enhances your entire LA experience. I'm already looking forward to my next stay at this...

Great secret hideaway steps away from Venice Beach. Squeaky clean with eclectic cool interior design including images of fascinating area history, Redline is perfectly designed for a cozy long or short stay. The bed an invitingly comfortable coccoon facing a large screen TV. Cuddly robes to lounge in a nice touch. Well situated for both work and play, great WIFI, long window table (with coolest ice crystal cube lamp), you can check emails while also enjoying a real rather than virtual palm lined ocean front view. Everything well thought out creating a peaceful space with uncluttered efficiency. The mod exterior lighting and well equipped kitchen with cabinet microwave and cool drawer frig/ freezer combo tucked under the counter contribute to the cool Zen vibe. Breezy rooftop lounge perfect for sunkissed morning yoga, finally reading that novel, or just listening to the pounding Pacific surf. It was great to be able to park securely underneath the building as well as joining the merry beach walk crowds checking out nearby shops a half block away from the front door, or just sit on the beach and watch surfers take the waves. Classic Venice Small World Books cafe is the next block over with great view of the ocean and colorful parade of passerbys. I travel and travel work a lot, it really felt like a great escape, home away from home that I look forward to returning to in the future. Kudos to the designers for a unique boutique very...

I stayed here for one night during a move from Miami to Malibu. I chose this hotel not only for its location but also for its story. As a lifelong activist working to dismantle the present-day effects of redlining — especially in the age of artificial intelligence — this place carried deep symbolic meaning.

The hotel is also the epitome of luxury. I stayed in Escape, and the suite was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The walls tell a rich story, particularly celebrating Venice’s Black surfer movement — an inspiring and necessary reminder to reclaim space, to reclaim the ocean, to reclaim the work of the Creator.

Though there’s no front desk, Destinee was available for round-the-clock support and was a joy to talk to. I often stay in apart-hotels for work, and the operations of The Redline Hotel Group are leaps and bounds beyond companies like Sentral and Sonder (who was recently purchased by Marriot Bonvoy).

And most importantly — the bed was incredibly comfortable. The moment I laid down, I fell asleep and dreamed of a world where the injustices of the past no longer dictate the present or future.

To stay here, even briefly, felt like a full-circle moment and a powerful blessing in this new chapter of my life.

I look forward to seeing The Redline Hotel Group grow and...

We moved to The Redline last minute when an airbnb didn't work out. What an incredible find! Not only were the owners/hosts super accommodating and kind, you could tell that they have put a lot work into making this boutique Apart Hotel an intentionally comfortable and fun experience. The location is exceptional, you are steps away from the beach, the Ocean Front Walk, all the awesome cafes and restaurants nearby, and Abbott Kinney, it's really prime. The building is updated so stylishly. The rooms are super comfortable, spotless, stylish, modern, and have high-end features that made our stay feel like a real vacation. The beds are super comfy and have high quality soft bedding. Best part about this place was the rooftop lounge with ocean view, we were often up there alone which felt like such treat. 100% percent will be coming back and telling friends. Things to note: if you are sensitive to noise this area might not be best for you, it is right in the hustle and bustle of Venice, which is part of it's charm and is a lot of fun, but might not work for those who need lots of quiet. Also, for those with disabilities that prevent them from going up stairs, I would recommend checking in about a ground floor unit since this is an updated building that doesn't have an elevator.
