Napili Sunset Beach Front Resort — Hotel in Maui

Perfect, peaceful location!||We have stayed at other condos in the area, but Napili Sunset is it for us from now on !!||The location on that beautiful sandy beach, view of a beautiful sunset, the sounds of the gentle breaking waves, the colors of the water were amazing.||The condo itself was well appointed. It had all the appliances and dishes we needed. The beds, even the fold out couch, or comfortable, there were plenty of towels, extra supplies, like paper, towel, towels, dish, soap, etc. the laundry room had extra supplies if you needed them and a load of laundry was only two dollars and it was good capacity. ||The people were very nice and accommodating, they checked in on us, but we didn’t really need anything from them because the place was beautifully set up and really easy to make everything work. ||The location was amazing. There is some snorkeling off the beach, but not the best around, but swimming in the water, walking on the beach, and just being in a nice mellow place where you could enjoy peace!||There were people above and around us, but everybody there was really respectful and noise was not a problem. ||We rented some things from Snorkel Bob’s across the parking lot, walked over to The Gazebo for breakfast one day, and went to a store that was about a four minute drive to pick up a few things mid trip. ||Seeing whales all day long from the patio and the beach is just an unbelievably wonderful experience!||The office staff was great, the housekeeping staff did a great job as well!||If you’re looking for a well run, well appointed, guest friendly place to stay you will love Napili Sunset!||We will definitely be back the next time we’re on Maui!||Thank you for a...

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights, February 4th-8th. We don't have enough good things to say about Napili Sunset! Their customer service was outstanding. I received several emails leading up to our stay confirming details and Covid procedures. We arrived over two hours early to check-in, and based on availability we were able to get in to our room right away. Their key-cards are waterproof bracelets which we found to be super convenient during our stay. I absolutely loved the Ocean View King Loft, the view from the balcony was spectacular, and definitely the best view compared to others we've stayed at (including a lot of higher-end resorts). There was a portable AC in the bedroom and blackout curtains which kept it super cool at night. During the day there was a nice ocean breeze, and with the lofted ceilings, I didn't mind not having AC in the entire unit. The kitchen is fully equipped, again, better than many places we've stayed. It takes a solid 10 seconds to walk from your door to the beach or to your car in the parking lot. It's also located in a great spot- walkable to many restaurants via the beach or road. If you can't walk, everything you could possibly need is a short drive away. We had a late flight the night we were leaving and we were able to check-out an hour late which was super helpful. I honestly can't believe that this is only a two-star resort! I was even hesitant about writing this review because I don't want everyone to find out about this little gem.
