Yum, Island Vibes Cafe is definitely my kind of vibe. The Chia Love Açaí, which I also added lilikoi butter, is what my breakfast dreams are made of. I also didn’t eat it right away, storing it in the freezer. So it was frozen by the time I wanted to eat it. However, not wanting to wait for it to thaw out. I ate this sweet treat slowly by layers. Each bite is how I’d describe pure happiness & the tastiest way to start the day. The frozen bananas & strawberries covered in lilikoi butter is so refreshing. Even the sweet crunch of granola is a fun change in texture. This is also my first time having chia seed pudding with açaí & I like the combination. All together it just looks like an edible piece of art.

I also got to try their grilled cheese by default. My guy ordered it not reading the ingredients. He may not be a cream cheese fan. I however have never had a grilled cheese like this before. I was surprised by how creamy, filling & tasty this was.

This is spot I’ll definitely need to come back...
